Everytime I come in for an oil change or maintenance for our vehicles Thely always sees us and comes and says hi, asks how we are doing and the kids. She remembers us even outside of Vaden Nissan and is always so pleasant. We always recommend her to all of our friends and family. She has left such a great impression on us and shows that her job is not just a job. The service department is also amazing they keep you updated on your service and answer any questions. All service reps, mechanics and supervisors were wonderful and professional. Had tire blow out Christmas Day on expressway. Made it off to Sleep Inn for night. Early next day, every one at Wellsboro Ford adjusted busy schedule to help get us back on road by late afternoon with 4 new tires & rear brakes changed. Not the cheapest - but definitely best service ever. Kirsten Carter and everyone else in the service department are professionals.

Had the opportunity of using Family Ford for a required service on my company truckwhich is a 2019 F-150. We are required to always have services done at a dealership when we can't do so in-house and Family Ford was the only one with availability in comparison to some of the bigger dealerships who had wait times up to two weeks out. Went to their location in St. Georges which was only about 25 minutes away from my workplace in Walterboro, and was greeted and warmly received. I waited for my vehicle and it took less than 1 hour to do the requested services and I was on my way back to work. I got their "The Works" service which includes a free tire rotation along with the other items I'm required to get.

My care tech Ronnie Odegard, returned my call or texted me about my issue. He discussed options and alternatives with me so that I can make a decision that I would feel comfortable with. He is someone that I feel that I can trust and rely on for my servicing needs. Thanks Ronnie.

I had reached out East Coast Honda to schedule a fuel pump replacement for my 2018 CR-V and Lindsay scheduled me in four week vs Wilmington Honda scheduled me in six months.
