My Equinox was taken on time, and I was provided with a shuttle ride home while it was being serviced. The service writer, Adam, was very professional, although I do miss my previous service writer, Easton Howard, who I'd been working with for 5 years. Overall, a good experience.

We dropped our car off on Saturday with a flashing Engine Light and applying gas caused the car to start slowing down. I also had 106,200 miles and only 470 miles left for and oil and filter change. Brandon called me in the morning to find out what the main issue was. I also asked him to also change the oil and filter plus we discussed what is suggested with my mileage over 100,000 miles and I decided to have him do those as well. He was the only Service person onsite that day and finished our car be the end of the day. He explained everything that was done and we’re very grateful for his work and the car is great. We thanked him and wanted to express our appreciation. We hope everyone at work sees how well he did and also thanks him..

Had routine maintenance. Jim Moody and Ella Rossi were great. Both very friendly and super helpful. Shop was very busy, but they made me feel like the only one there. I think Ella is new and she is a great addition. She doesn't appear on your Service personnel list, but I give her 5 stars. Jim has been helpful to me for over 20 years, I hope he never leaves. I've called on Jim many times both in the Body Shop and now in Service. He's always customer focused and friendly.

Recently purchased a new Escalade and was thrilled with the service. Today I brought it in for a car wash. I was quickly greeted by, Dean, who took my keys and showed me to the very nice lounge. I was offered water and a coffee. While waiting on my car, the General Manager, AJ and Sales Associate, Cliff who I worked with two months ago, both saw me sitting and waiting. Despite both being with other customers, they made the effort to come by and check-in on how I was enjoying my new car. Highly recommended for sales and service.

Bought my 2016 Buick Regal brand new from Hyatt Buick, which is now Beach Buick. They have always taken excellent care of my car. Mike and Tracey and the technicians are very friendly, professional, and helpful. Today I brought my car in to be detailed. Jamal took extra special care of it and it looks and smells brand new, like it did when I first drove it out of the dealership. It's absolutely gorgeous looking. Quick outstanding service. Helpful friendly staff as always. I dropped my car off to have curb rash removed off a rim. I got my car back a few hours later and my rim look brand new. Bob was a huge help once again. highly recomend
