Service Department makes me want to buy a RAM. Worst service I have ever had. Toook over a month to repair my steering column. Told me over 5 times that it would be finished tomorrow. Frequently wouldn't return my calls. Over $700 in labor Left cigarette ashes in the truck cab Turn signal is now broken (came completely loose) but worked fine before I dropped it off

ZERO STARS! I have purchased 2 cars from Ralph Hayes in the past couple of years and was about to purchase a 3rd this week. Multiple staff members lied to me and made false promises. When reported to the GM, he spent more time defending his staff than trying to make things right. They refused to sell to me when I called them out for trying to overcharge me for a skirting kit which I was quoted 3 different prices for. I received a quote from another Toyota dealer which was $2000 less than what Ralph Hayes was trying to charge me. I had texts to prove the conversations but the GM still made excuses. They lost a $40,000 sale over a couple thousand dollar skirting kit they did not want to sell me. They encouraged me to purchase aftermarket parts instead. So disappointed and will never return. Can NOT be trusted to be honest.

"Excellent Experience!!" - It was an excellent experience purchasing a car from Ravenel Ford!! I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. Tommy Holston was not pushy and never made us feel like we needed to purchase one specific truck. He was willing to help us find the best truck that fit our needs. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles that they were selling. We never experienced any situations where he needed to go and ask "the boss" for a price of the deal. The prices on their website are accurate and they only try to get you a lower price if possible. Overall it was such a relief to work with a dealership that cared about the customers and wanted to ensure that the customers were getting the vehicle that was best for them.

Once again excellent service from the folks in the Service Department. Had to run by Friday with an issue and was taken care of quickly and sent on my way. Kat was super friendly, helpful, and on top of things there! She was awesome. Highly recommend Richard Kay!!!

Terrible experience. Charged me 199 in a diagnostic fee tell me I have a dead battery. Then 250 to put them in and about 475 for the batteries. 872 to have a jeep battery and auxiliary battery replaced. You can purchase these at any parts store for half this price. Outrageous. I understand making a profit, but Hendrick Automotive robs you. A long way from the dealerships Rick Hendrick founded in Bennettsville SC. I will never do business with them again and I will tell this story as long as I live. Robbery.

Great work changing spark plugs! - Walter James
Had the plugs changed in my 2008 mustang gt and I'm sure glad I let Roger Shiflett Ford handle this work. The plugs are the the 2 piece type and as I suspected 2 of them broke when being removed. I knew when reading about replacing these type plugs that they are prone to breaking. But no problem for Roger Shiflett staff. They have the proper equipment to handle this and I'm glad that I let them do the work. I was treated with respect and will be taking my service work to Roger Shiflett in the future as I have in the past. Very well pleased!
