I live in KY but have a second home in Blufton. Takes 2 months to get an appointment in KY.(Only 2 Techs). Dante got me in for my 80,000 mile check up in 2 days. He was very professional and kept me in the loop on everything. Will always get my car serviced here from now on. Thanks Dante!

Bridgett was great. She was trying to make a costumer (me) happy. What I see work was little messy. Had to took back . Other issues is they wrote survey themselves. Never ask me. I just got the copy of survey from the their answer.

Amending my original bad review. I bought a used Audi from another dealership. Shortly after purchasing, some issues came up. Long story short, after my warranty expired my car experienced a failure that required an expensive fix. This dealership’s management and service department bent over backwards to help get my expired warranty to cover more than half of the expense. The time they took to communicate with me and help me through this frustrating situation was more than helpful. Very thankful to the general manager and my cars service advisor Linda.

Worst experience I have ever had. I couldn't wait to by my Audi. I love my car. I guess I didn't know that the people at the Audi dealership would be such condescending xxxxxxxx. I will gladly drive my middle class as in my luxury vehicle to Hilton Head Audi. They have class.
