Tony was my sales rep during my visit. I went to Hoover to trade in my vehicle and purchase another vehicle that was on the lot. Hands down, one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I never felt pressured to look at something I wasn't interested in and Tony along with the sales manager were very patient with assisting me with finding a suitable vehicle. Ultimately, I ended up leaving the dealership purchasing the vehicle I sought out. What's even more fascinating is that I went to several other dealerships with the intent to purchase and I got the runaround. Others flat out steered me in the direction of Brand New vehicles when I wasn't interested in purchasing a New vehicle. In just a few hours at Hoover, I was able to have my trade-in appraised while also leaving in the vehicle of my choice. Hoover also gave top dollar for my trade. I highly recommend Hoover for your next vehicle purchase whether, new or pre-owned.

As of now couldn't have been more disappointed in choice of dealership. Bought used 2019 Diesel truck with less than 150K miles on it and within the first 45 days of owning the truck with just over a thousand miles put on it on the first long trip out of town with the truck the engine seals went out while driving down the interstate causing what is believed to be severe damage. Spent over 2K dollars to get the truck from where it broke down in Florida to the dealership and they've now had for over a week without touching the vehicle or giving any form of help or resolution and no communication from them to me as of yet. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for the service that your hard-earned money deserves if this is how they value customers.

Service could not get anything done for me. I was about to give up but the New GM immediately fixed my issue. This is how a dealer should act when you buy your car there as well as serviced. My husband and I had the best buying experience at Jt's recently! Our sales associate, Jackie, was very attentive to our situation (we were a little pushed to buy a vehicle quickly as my truck was totalled) and we were really impressed with her communication and follow ups during the whole process! With my husband working 6 days a week and long hours, I had to take on the responsibility of finding, researching, test driving. Etc.....which is a stressful situation for a woman, in my opinion. It was a blessing to be paired with Jackie, which eased my fears. She explained the whole process and was available for each and every question that I had. JT's presented a sales price on my vehicle that wasn't available anywhere in SC! (I checked) What made this purchase even better, was that this vehicle was a Certified Pre-owned....which not only was great for financing but gave us an incredible warranty! I had my test drive during daytime hours. Loved it, and proceeded with purchase. We couldn't pick it up til that night at almost closing and noticed a tail light and headlight were not working. Jackie got me in yesterday morning (Christmas eve eve) and the service department promptly corrected all of my issues with minimum wait. I can't say enough. Everyone that I encountered there from the young lady at the front desk, the managers that checked on me, the service manager, warranty division, Aaron and William (who are both in sales and assisted me when Jackie couldn't be present), all played a huge part in our buying decision. If all of that isnt enough to get you to this dealership, my final purchasing decision was made by JT himself. No, I didn't meet him or talk to him. I just happened to be there as they were having their staff Christmas party and I overheard him speaking to his employees. It appeared that he went all out for them, and it was refreshing to watch an owner appreciate them for all that they do....because they deserve it! If you are looking to purchase, this is the place to go! Ask for Jackie...tell her I sent you ;)

Paid $179 for a presale inspection. - david

Paid $179 for a presale inspection. Was told the front brakes were less than 3mm and it needed rotors also. Was also told the oil pan was leaking. Was given prices for both repairs. 10 days later after purchasing the Jeep, Was told by another jeep dealer that the oil pan was fine and the brake pads were 7mm and 8 mm and the rotors were fine. I have not seen one drop of oil in the driveway or garage. Either Big O is incompetent OR they are scam artists. I would never do business with them again. Additionally, the engine light went on yesterday and after having another dealer investigate, was told there was almost no oil in the engine. Obviously, Big O never checked that in their inspection.

My purchase at Conway Ram left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated. From the moment I pulled in the lot, it was evident that customer service was not a priority at this establishment. Firstly, I had purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle that was supposed to come with a full detail. However, upon delivery, I was informed by my salesman that it was detailed and he even cleaned the windows for me. It was not detailed as the vehicle still had markings on it from the auction where it was purchased. The certified pre-owned paperwork also indicated that the vehicle was not detailed. This lack of accountability and failure to deliver on a basic promise set a disappointing tone for the entire experience. To make matters worse, the salesman assigned to assist me seemed completely clueless about the vehicle. He struggled to answer basic questions about features, specifications, and even pricing details. It felt like he was more interested in rushing through the process than ensuring that I was well-informed and comfortable with my purchase. The vehicle was missing the owner’s manual which was checked off on the certified pre-owned paperwork as being present. My salesman gave me manual from a 2019 model and said “Here, this should be the same thing.” It was not as the vehicle I purchased was a 2022 and completely different model. I asked for the correct manual and he said he could provide one, but it would be a few days. Overall, my visit to Conway Ram was marked by incompetence, broken promises, and a general lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider other options where their time and expectations are more likely to be respected and met.

This dealer has the absolute worst service department I've ever experienced in any industry. I recently took my truck in to have a water leak fixed. They had my truck for 14 days. During that time, I was promised call-backs at least six times. I left a voice mail for the sales manager. It was never returned. The service tech I was working with flat lied to me multiple times by promising calls and status updates that never came. Several calls rang for about 30 - 40 seconds before going to a message that doesn't let you leave a message, but says something like, "There is no one available to take your call. Thanks for calling. Goodbye," and then disconnects. And this is during their posted business hours. My wife and I have bought five new vehicles over the past nine years or so. I kept going back, thinking that their service department just HAD to have gotten better. I've never been more wrong. And we will never be back. Maybe the Sales folks, or even, say, Management (!!!), could apply some pressure? At this point, that's just not going to happen. This renamed "Legacy" dealership is certainly building one, and it's one I want no part of as a customer. Poor customer service has become a way of doing business. Legacy indeed.
