They say all the right things but in reality, act as if they're doing you a favor by taking your money. It's hard to believe they ever get any repeat customers, when so much of what they do screams they don't actually cares about customers. Faye was the only person in the entire dealership with a professional attitude, was very gracious and courteous. One certainly doesn't expect stains on the seats of a brand new Polaris XD, minor adjustments never made or attempted, promises made & never kept and never a return call from Rob, service or parts.
