Both Service Managers for Audi and Acura have demonstrated a lack of integrity, poor business judgment, and questionable ethical practices. Additionally, the General Manager has not responded to my voicemail. The dealership has also failed to return my calls regarding ongoing issues with my Q7, specifically, persistent loud, squeaky brakes.

The dealership is very nice in appearance, and I didn't have service dept interaction. This review is primarily about my sales experience. We drove less than 10 miles which is definitely way too short for such a major purchase. Maybe the salesperson could offer longer drives in the future. The route didn't have any highway segments, but to be fair it was around 5pm. However I was encouraged to have a independent shop inspect the car, at which time I did take it out on the highway. So it's all good :-)
