my great service started with Sarah my salesperson. She was very knowledgeable in the product. I've owned my Forester for 4 years .I had my service done there and have been very happy with the service department. Last week my check engine light came on. I brought it to the dealership to have it checked around 4:30pm . I told Jack in Service that I had to pick my son and granddaughter up at the airport at 6:30pm I was a little stressed at this point. Jack got my car looked at, diagnosed the problem and had me out the door in a rental by 5:30pm . I was amazed at the quickness with which he solved my problem. Also a thank you to Mike the service manager. They will now by forever dealership from now on.

Carlos has been our “go to” car guy for a couple of years now. I have a daughter who bought a new Outback and another who bought a used Forester. Carlos is incredibly trustworthy which is a game changer for us! He is why we use Valenti Subaru :)

My wife and I just bought a car from Balise. Our salesperson was Ryan Morrow and what a great experience. He was low key, knowledgeable and made it so very easy. I would recommend him to everyone. We changed vehicles mid point, no sweat. As we waited on stuff to be completed he was easy to talk to and never made us feel as we were holding him up at all. Just an all around great experience. Chris Jutras was amazing as well, always explaining what was going on and so pleasant. Will definitely recommend Balise to all!
