Was having electrical problems with my car. They diagnosed while I waited and found the problem fast. Had me back on the road in under 3 hours total! Ashley in customer service explained everything and the tech did a great job.

Service rep Austin went over and above to provide excellent service. He did exactly what I needed and then some. The entire Mercedes-Benz service (& parts!) staff was friendly, courteous, and fully knowledgeable. I didn’t buy my car at this dealership but I certainly plan to make it my car’s home and long term service provider.
