My vehicle was towed from Hyannis, MA to Viti Mercedes-Benz in Tiverton, RI. The dealer provided me with a loaner vehicle. My vehicle was returned back to me two days later.

The entire Mercedes-Benz service (& parts!) staff was friendly, courteous, and fully knowledgeable. I didn’t buy my car at this dealership but I certainly plan to make it my car’s home and long term service provider.
