Anthony at first seemed fine, your average salesman. - JustTheFacts
Anthony at first seemed fine, your average salesman. I excuse that he didn't know much about Tesla vehicles. After the purchase he seemed to get irritated every time we contacted him to check on the process. He said he was too busy to go to the car to allow us to submit to tesla the sale of the vehicle and everything seemed to be an ordeal. Then we checked on the process of getting the insurance paperwork and learned he passed it to someone else who was not asking the correct questions of our insurance and kept getting kicked back. We spoke to our insurance, and they explained what was needed. We spoke to Cody the finance manager because Anthony was out and said he would check his email and get back to us (he didn't), but Cody got the process moving. When we asked when the vehicle might be ready for pickup Anthony got irritated that he told us Saturday of next week, but when we spoke to Cody he explained Wednesday was likely if all went well.
At pickup Anthony and his team used the wrong screws to mount the plates they cut off the screw on the plate. Then when they looked for similar screws he got some very long ones and was manually screwing it in and I cautioned to stop as he would scratch the paint. He responded annoyed that it didn't (I checked today and it did).
I also learned they broke the plate holder in the front screwing in the same large screws. Finally, they put the rear plate in the front with the MA registration year.
He got argumentative with me and didn't seem to care about the experience once the car was sold.
I thought the Dealership was good and the rest of the team were good, but I would never do business with Anthony again.
