The service department is an absolute joke! Had my car towed there for an engine replacement (under warranty) in late January and first was told that they have no loaner cars available and I would be put on a “list” to receive one. Fine , no problem. They had my car for a month and a half and that “loaner car” never became available. I called the service department several times and left a voicemail to return my call (which NEVER happened). I did get to speak to the so called service manager who assured me that she would return my call by the end of the business day (which of course NEVER happened).
I finally got my car back in march and submitted all of my receipts from the rental cars that I had to get for 2 months and was told that they would submit them and I should receive a refund in a week or two. I called the Kia warranty company and they said that they can’t see any proof of receipts being submitted and the lady from the warranty company called them directly and left a message and of course, her call was never returned either.
Now going on 2 months, I called the warranty company again today and lo and behold, still no submission of receipts so I’m going to submit them myself.
The dealership itself is fine but the service department is a total joke and lacks any type of customer care.
In my opinion, FIRE everybody on the customer support team (especially the manager) and for service, go somewhere , ANYWHERE else.
