He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed or pressured which is such a welcome contrast to the other car buying experiences. He was informative and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate you Ryan. Caesar in the finance department was a great guy to work with (and talk to). He tells me he is new to Auto Lenders. Kudos to whomever hired him. Finally the manager , Gus, was helpful but not intrusive. He struck just the right balance with a terrific sense of humor. He made this deal possible. Thanks Gus. He spent extra time while explaining the features to help me and my wife pair our phones to the Android Auto feature. Chris Grobmyer was also very personable and helped me to get through my financing, explaining all of the various financing and warranty options in a clear and concise manner.
