Let's start here. Amazing pre owned low mile clean carfax fresh serviced new tired Quattroporte. An outstanding salesman Michael. Great service manager Jason. And an amazing manager Jim Kiesel. The buying experience was easy. Finance and paperwork easier. And ease of purchase painless. The vehicle had a fresh oil change and new tires and inspection. Now. I asked for a lot of service to be performed to pick up the perfect car. It was all done excellently and there were no complaints about doing any work. Michael and Jason always got back to me and answered any questions. They unveiled the vehicle under a cover and left us with Maserati clothing and key chains and more. Clean dealership. NO pressure. Highest caliber persons I have dealt with. They will not try and force anything on you and their service is tremendous. Yes. Italian sports cars take time and parts take time and we both worked through the process. But in the end. I am an owner of the most beautiful high end vehicle I have ever owned and have a place locally to service it and return for future purchases. Hats off to all of the sales, staff, personnel, service, finance, and Manager. Love the car. And I will be back. Don't go to NJ. DONT GO TO CHADDSFORD. Call Michael. When I set out to purchase a 16’ box truck for my business I looked all over yet kept being drawn back to Integrity for my purchase. Boy am I glad I was. They aren’t your annoying pushy salesman that are blatantly pain in the xxxxx. They’re exactly the opposite. From the time we first met to the sales agreement to the delivery of my truck an hour and 20 minutes away they always kept me in the loop. They were exceptional throughout the whole process. New motors has some good eggs at it. Service advisors gives solid advice. On what precautions and repairs should be taken to prolong the life of your car. And they offer them in a manner where it feels as if your getting a recommendation from a friend. Not just a business. Sales member steve is also another good one. He's straight forward. I didn't get the feeling of being given the ring around on my trade in. And exploring the numbers and interest rates on a new car. He was willing to go above and beyond to not only find the car I wanted but the best deal for the one I wanted.

They have had a used automobile I purchased from them for OVER A MONTH in service! No real explanation. No real live call to me. BUYER BEWARE! I debated whether or not to write a scathing review of my car buying experience and I came to the conclusion that I should warn others not succumb to shady business practices. Ultimately I went over to Honda to purchase a pre-owned car and feel better about that decision. Sam Brown, Chris Williams, & Reyan Echon; These are the 3 players of the shady car selling dream team. Please be aware of the possibility of being quoted one number on paper, the evidence of said being swept away to the finance department, pressure to choose financing terms even if you've done your own research, and swift movement to purchase car insurance and subsequently a car. When asked to provide the printed quote, I was lied to and the bait and switch technique was used. Sam Brown applied pressure to give a verbal agreement to check finance terms as I requested to calculate financing quotes based on my desired budget. We just wanted a quote. Reyan added on the extended warranty service (with a lot of slick talking) without my consent (as that's how they get paid for their commission) and made sure to shuffle paperwork to confuse the buyer. My husband and I were infuriated with the shady business practices as we were referred to Conicelli by a friend. Sam Brown is completely inept, rude, and hasty when asked questions outside of the realm of selling a new car. His knowledge for the fleet of cars is definitely his strength, sales, not so much. If you're set on purchasing a new car with extra, possibly unsolicited bells & whistles and you also have an unlimited budget for a con/scam to waste money, Sam Brown is your guy. If you don't mind being scammed quickly by a fast talking ill-equipped finance professional that would lie to make a sale, Reyan Echon is your guy. Reyan Echon should consider dusting the back of his computer as it is unattractive and facing prospective buyers. Chris Williams was honestly the better part of the experience and has a lot of clean up to do with the team. I feel bad that he’s in the mix with those two shady scamming individuals. Overall, I regret ever walking into Conicelli Toyota. Much rather purchase a car online. I can see why this industry is suffering tremendously. Not everyone should be working this profession. Conicelli, consider reviewing and training your employees.
