Bryan is an outright liar. I live in Texas and was purchasing a 2013 Subaru Outback from him in June 2022 and asked a lot of detailed questions. Mainly, does the vehicle have any excessive rust. He stated that it did not but I did not ask for any pictures under the vehicle. I even told him, " Never have I bought a car sight unseen...so trusting others to do what I would do is definitely taking a leap of faith." When the vehicle arrived my son and I started to inspect it and it was not at all what Bryan stated. Tons of rust underneath, missing one of two catalytic converters, noxious fumes when ran, and numerous other problems. Bought for $7,500, paid about $1,200 in shipping, put almost $2,000 in repairs that were unexpected based on his condition of the vehicle and this car burns about 1.5 quarts every 300 miles. The local dealership stated it needed about $10,000 worth of work to be a decent car. I can maybe get $4,000 out of it as it needs a new engine or for the piston rings to be replaced and engine rebuilt. As a single parent, this is a HUGE loss for me. Bryan is an outright liar and only looking out for his own benefit.

My girlfriend is the one who bought a car from Reo Motors, but my son and I were with her through the whole process. I got to meet Ron and he was very nice to us and he wanted to make sure we did not walk out of there unhappy. Rons' cars were not the cleanest but when we asked him why they were'nt that clean he said he wanted to let the costumers see exactly how they came in. At first we thought is was a joke, but when he explained it to us we were ok with it. As far as the car we bought it is a 1999 Nissan Altima and there isn't a rust spot on it. We also bought the CARS warranty with it but could not find a mechanic how would honor it till we had to call CARS and they found one for us. The check engine light came on and we found out it has something to do with the emissions so we have to take care of that, but overall we were happy with the service and the car.

Went to look at a car that was advertised on face book as a private seller. Almost went through with the deal until we got to the tags place and I saw there were already 2 prior seller signatures on the title. After questioning the title, the guy (Fernando) selling it claimed he has an auto shop and sometimes sells cars through it but he had us meet him at the post office to show the car, why didn't we meet at his place of business??? He didn't mention that it wasn't actually his car. When I questioned the signatures on the title he was filling out a bill of sale with the Robert Johns name on top. Did a quick internet search of reviews and found the bad reviews here. We luckily walked away from that "deal" just in the nick of time. This car was for my college student, he was paying with his own hard earned money and it really pisses me off that someone was possibly trying to scam him or rip him off. I can't say for sure if anything was really wrong with the car, it looked and drove fine but this guy totally misrepresented himself, the car and the business he was selling for. If you're selling for a dealer you should say that up front so people can look into the business and know who they are buying from. Very Very Shady!!!!!!!

Do not buy here. Barry sold me a suv for 7k that was inspected but actually was so rusted out my mechanic told me it shouldn't have passed in the last 2 years, let alone 2 months ago. The whole frame was rusted and has holes in it. Barry took my money and wouldn't even let me bring the car in for him to see how bad it was. Go somewhere else. Please.

BUYER BEWARE! READ BEFORE BUYING! Stopped here with a friend to look at a 2012 RAV4. Price was at high end for the year and miles but the vehicle seemed pretty clean and the owner told us how well it ran and that his kids drive all the cars etc. Everyone came across as nice and honest. They wouldn’t budge on price so I used my credit card to help my friend since it was slight over his budget. All seemed to be well and good. ONE WEEK LATER CAR IS DEAD! The car was losing antifreeze by the gallons! Take it to a shop and the mechanic shows antifreeze dripping into the cylinders with his bore scope camera. Mechanic also says the cooling system was FILLED with LOTS OF COPPER GLITTER FROM LEAK SEALER! The engine was filled with leak sealer to cover up a cracked head and sold that way! Ended up having to replace the entire engine with a used one at the cost of $3800 because the leaking coolant from the cracked head also damaged the cylinders! Clearly SOMEONE filled the engine with sealer to make it good enough to sell! I get it that it was an AS-IS sale, but you think the dealer would at least offer some compensation since it was literally 1 week after purchase? Nope! They are sitting there with their profits in the bank and now my friend is out about $4k!

The price was reasonable but DON'T BUY THE CAR FROM CHRIS HE was Rude, unorganized and never calls you back. Along with they seem to rush getting the car sold that they put the wrong gas cap on the car I received; after I drove it I noticed the oil light came on. I saw the last oil change was at 62,000 miles they gave it to me with almost 2,000 miles over the time for inspection. So i called he told me the it must have EVAPORATED! ! The dumbest answer I heard that is ridiculous LIE. He was extremely Rude and although the car was a good price if you to them make them check everything before u leave. Also, BUY A CAR from the OWNER he was Extremely helpful and know s what he's talking about.

Never Buy a Car at Sundance Auto Sales!!! - TF Fullerie

My son bought his first car here and was told it was a solid car and had been thoroughly check over. A total LIE!!! Car had no oil in it and the engine blew up less than 200 miles after he bought it. They haventnñ so much as returned a call. $2400 in repairs needed.. My son saved his hard earned money for a $3000 car and has nothing to show for it. These guys should be ashamed for how they have handled all of this.

i'm very happy to write this review about all things automotive. i worked with kyle and damon schoen. and things couldn't have gone much better. sure, i wish i had gotten a better price. but i think they were fair and reasonably easy to work with. i and my friends and family have bought lots of cars. many dealers have hidden fees like documentation, dealer prep, mandatory warranty purchase fees. some dealers force you to get nitogen in tires. in short, i didn't want to get ripped off. i did my homework, and read a lot of reviews about this dealership. i agree with everything the other reviewers have said about these guys. they're honest, upfront. i can't say you're going to get a super awesome bargain. but i do feel comfy in saying that they'll give you a reasonable price, and give you a car that has been checked out and in good running order. spending a lot of money on a car is a big deal. you also have to consider the years of spending money on maintenance, fuel, insurance, etc... so i really wanted to be very detail oriented. i contacted the dealership like 10 times with lots of uestions. i was surprised they were patient, able to answer all my uestions in detail. with the exception of not being able to score a super awesome financial deal, i can't find one thing to complain about. one note: their showroom floor isn't the most pristine. it isn't expensive or anything. if you look at pictures of cars inside their showroom, the floor has scuff and tire marks. but hey, i don't care. if they save money on the floor, that means they won't charge me a fortune on purchase price? i plan on referring friends and family to this dealership. even though they are a little far away from me, i would trust them and feel comfortable with them. no regrets, would definitely be in touch with them for my next car.

I went to look at a 1999 Chevy Suburban .I knew it was old and needed some work .I took it to my garage ( Like their website says you are allowed to do ) .My mechanic found 6,000 dollars worth of repairs that were needed .Radiator was split in half, shocks were all bad, bald tires . They don't care about what they are selling .Then the owner leaves a message on my phone saying that he doesn't like when people take autos off the lot if they don't plan to buy..STAY AWAY

My mother purchased an H3 from good ole' Burt/Bert (however you spell that shysters name). Through the whole process, he had lied to my mother. After he gladly took this single mothers money for a car he claimed reliable for her to transport her young kids around - the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree after driving it over 60 miles back home. The air bag light was on, the check engine light for various reasons, the oil light, the tire pressure light, the transfer case was stuck in 4 high. After getting it inspected in NYS she found out all the lies that he had told. She called him to have everything repaired, and this man claimed "I cant hear you call me later" and "It wasn't like that when you purchased it, you must have done something wrong to it", also, when she took time from her day to risk taking it back for the crank shaft sensors, he did not repair a thing! Every time she calls, he will screen her calls and not call her back or he will say she made all these problems happen by driving it back to NYS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. HE WILL RIP YOU OFF PLAIN AND SIMPLE. HE IS CORRUPT AND GIVES SMALL DEALERS A POOR NAME. HE IS A CRIMINAL.

Sold Truck with Rotted Frame, Refused to Assist in Any Way - Kellez123

Dan was great to work with during the buying process. We knew what vehicle we wanted when we walked in the door thanks to their website being current. He seemed very helpful with any questions we had. I believe it was less than an hour from the time we walked in that we walked out with the truck. Unfortunately in the first couple of weeks it needed quite a bit of work. The alternator was bad, the steering knuckle needed replaced, and the electrical started with some strange issues. Approximately two months after the truck was purchased, the differential started leaking. My mechanic put it on a lift and discovered extensive undisclosed frame damage. Dan has repeatedly told me he would contact the owner, but I still have yet to hear any response. This truck is unsafe to drive, and they do not seem to care. Very disappointing as I am now without a vehicle again, despite just buying one. Avoid this dealership.
