I am a difficult customer. I like to do research and get the best options within my budget. I ask allot of questions and I take at least three days to make a purchase. So, the point is, I am hard to please yet I rated Regis and #1 Cochran all 5's because they not only put up with me but they encouraged my questions and helped me in every way. I was very impressed with Regis and Terry who both took the time to explain price points, pre-certification process, additional amenities after purchase, and they worked hard to make sure my purchase was exactly right for me. There is another employee I am going to give a shout out too, and that is Jeff in the finance department. He was extremely on top of things, he listened to my requirements (a particular payment amount) and he got me the payment I needed with the best intrest rate possibly. All in all I was WOW'ed and I will definately recommend #1 Cochran, Regis and the crew to anyone who needs a vehicle. Thank you, Susan and Clarence Madigan

ENDED UP CALLING IN AND SPEAKING WITH A FINANCE MANAGER, TOLD HIM MY CREDIT SITUATION, AND HE STATED THAT IT SHOULDNT BE AN ISSUE! SUBMITTED MY INFORMATION, AND ALSO PROVIDED MY PAYSTUB! THIS WAS MONDAY! The vehicle came with an inspt.sticker from the previous mo.But it wasn't marcums they never checked this vehicle.Ihad to replace brakes and rotors 4 months later all the dust covers were rotted Around 8 or 9 months after I bought it I hit a pot hole and the front passenger strut tower busted because it was rotted and the frame was rotted behind it,bad.Barber Ford collision center said they haven't seen rot like that in 30 years.I took it to a frame repair garage Zimmermans a d he looked it over and told me the whole frame was bad.Gaty at marcums would not buy it back but told me he would give me 3k on a trade for another one of their vehicles.wouldnt help pay off the loan but would give me credit on trade in so he doesn't lose any money.What a nice guy.

I would not recommend someone that knew nothing on a car to see Marion Moters alone! I bought a car from them back in July, and I have not even owned it a year, or have I driven it 3000 miles and I am having nothing but problems with the car. The car I have bought has been sitting now for almost 3 months because I have had nothing but problems. I have been told now that the car may not be able to be repaired. So I am out the money I have paid, and a car! MARION MOTERS TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND SOLD ME A LEMON AND KNEW ABOUT IT!!!!

I followed up with a detailed email with questions about the car, as i wanted to know as much about it as possible before i drove from Buffalo to Corning to see it in person. Crickets. no reply. I was very interested. Now I am not sure i would trust them if their communication is this poor.

We had a great experience with Mike Neary! Our nightmare of a lease is coming to an end (leasing is not all its cracked up to be - SO many turn-in fees at the end) and after visiting numerous large Nissan dealerships with unpleasant experiences, we came across a lightly used 2018 Nissan Rogue at Neary's Auto Sales. After shopping around for months, this vehicle at Neary's was priced VERY reasonably and was in excellent condition. We met with Mike who is very easy going and down to earth, a true pleasure to work with. He let us take the car out for a test drive on our own and when we got back to the shop, Mike did not at all make us feel pressured into a sale. We went home, put some thought into it, shopped around some more, and decided Neary's Auto Sales just left a lasting impression and was the way to go. Due to some issues with the turn in on our lease, Mike held onto the vehicle and kept it stored in their garage for us until we were able to pick it up - he was very understanding. Pick up day went smoothly, quick paperwork and no hidden dealer fees. Mike is very straightforward and honest. The monthly payment he quoted is exactly what our monthly payment will remain as. He even filled up the tank for us before we left. We have not one bad thing to say about Neary's! Mike has our highest recommendation and we will definitely be back to see him in the future!
