Oleg Golotin. Great guy till he screws you over and lies. Bought a 2017 QX70 from him and he told me multiple times what a great car it is and how happy I would be with it. I took it to Faulkner Infiniti today (about a week after purchase) for an oil change and some strange issues I was having: The passenger FR seat needs $10K (not joking) to fix the Occupant sensor b/c the seatbelt light is on even when nobody is sitting in the seat. They are telling me the right front headlight needs replaced for 3K. All filled up with water. They are telling me the car is really in bad shape and that the accident did a lot of damage to the car. They also told me it looks like the car has water damage. Both nozzles for the window washer are broken. Didn’t even ask how much that was b/c I was so destressed that I stopped listening. Said the belt needs replaced b/c it is heavily worn. Didn’t get a quote on that. Also a lot of moisture in brake fluid (needs flushed) Even if I didn’t take it to the dealer these repair would be cost prohibitive for this vehicle. Oleg is very responsive until the deal is done and then he is nowhere to be found. BUYER BEWARE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DEALING WITH OLEG OR FIVE PLUS AUTOHAUS

Friendly and courteous sales people. Good quality vehicles. Honest about repairs and known problems ( if any) and does not try to hide flaws. Vehicle pricing is excellent and even has a few basement bargains. I highly recommend the dealership if looking for a used vehicle.

My Fiance and I went there to look look at some cars that we had saw online. When we got there we were greeted right away and asked if we needed any help. He told us the prices of the vehicles that we were interested in and let us look at our own pace. When we found the one we wanted, he got all the paperwork going while we took it for a test drive. We were in and out within an hour and had a great deal. Everyone there was very friendly and made us feel welcome not pressured to buy. When we go to get our next vehicle we know where we are going to look first!

I am a little late with this review, but I have to get this out so no one else gets screwed over like I did. Back in July I bought a Grand Marquis from them and about 1 week later I notice that there was something wrong with the brakes. I took the car into the dealership and had the service dept take a look at my car. They replaced one brake line and said everything was good. Fast forward about 2 weeks later and my brakes give out on me while I am driving so I take it into another shop and they said the other brake lines were rusted out so bad they at car should have never been sold like that in the first place. What gets me though is how can they replace one brake line and not even tell me the other 3 were rusted out. This has showed me they don't care about the customers and only care about the all mighty dollar. Hershey motors risked me getting in an accident by not telling me about my brake lines. Which I don't understand because had they told me the other 3 needed to be replaced too. I would have had them all replaced. After all that's common sense, but Hershey motors don't have that. They just want the quick sell.

This is. Avery specialized dealer that sells one model of one manufacturer. The have been doing it for decades and only deal in the highest quality cars. They are incredibly transparent in the condition of what they sell. This is a place where you can buy an expensive collector car or a newer sports car and never worry about getting the condition, as long as that car is a Porsche 911.

I visited Import 1 Motorsport on Saturday, January 26, 2019 and test drove three Toyota FJ Cruisers. I did not purchase a vehicle. That is the straightforward factual baseline. What I find unacceptable is how the dealership chose to handle feedback afterward. Rather than responding to the substance, or even posting a neutral reply, the owner publicly claimed my account was “hacked” and that there was “no interaction” with the dealership. That is not a difference of opinion, it is a statement of fact, and it is incorrect. For anyone reading this, the visit is independently corroborated. My location history shows I was on site that morning for roughly 10:25 AM to 11:36 AM. In other words, the “no interaction / hacked account” explanation requires you to believe an account compromise also somehow produced a real, in-person visit and multiple test drives. The simpler explanation is the correct one: I was there, and the accusation is false. Negative reviews happen. A professional business addresses them with specifics, or at minimum responds accurately and neutrally. Trying to dismiss a real visit by alleging a “hacked account” tells me more about accountability than any sales pitch ever could. Based on my in-person experience and the way the dealership handled criticism afterward, I would not recommend doing business here.

One of the vehicles less than two months from sale has already been in for repairs twice. 3. Manipulated document during sale signing papers. Needless to say that legal action follows. I would stay away from that dealership even if they sold the last car on planet earth.

Beware, they sold me a lemon - just1605

Kevin is a very friendly dealer who sold me a car that I had always been wanting with great mileage and at a great price. However, the car had major issues almost immediately even though the car had just been fully serviced and inspected (by dealership's garage). I was told to bring the car back so that their mechanic could take a look at the issues which included the engine hemorrhaging oil, bad ball bearings (wheels about to fall off in front) and heater fan went out. Kevin flat out refused to take back or trade car and refused to help pay for the car to be fixed. Warranty paid for the bulk of the work done on the car, but deductibles were still owed to the dealership's garage when all was said and done. So they ended up making even more money off of me through the repairs for good measure. Horrible experience, beware of the lemons the dealership pushes through their lot!

Used notary service to have a registration & title transferred. The notary didn't know how to transfer the registration and they never sent the paperwork to the DMV.

I had an encounter with employees driving a car from this dealership. they were in a lane that was supposed to merge , they decided that they did not have to merge and proceeded to cut my car off. They then gave me the finger. I contacted the dealership and the owner did not think there was anything wrong with the way that his employees acted. In fact the owner wrote me an email and appeared to be quite condescending toward me and in fact mocked the fact that I am a Marine Corps veteran. I had nothing to gain or lose by contacting the dealership other than to let the owner know how his employees ere acting in cars that have his dealer tag on them. only thing I can say is to think twice before doing business with someone that would allow his employees to act in this manner and then mock a veteran.

So, I bought a Ford Fusion SE 2014 on April 25th, 2019. The car was fine but it needed completely new tires and windshield wipers. Everything else on the car was perfect. The check engine light was on when I got the car and they stated it was because they jumpstarted the battery. After I drove off the lot with the car, the check engine light never went away, my break pads completely went (all of them) AND some were actually on backwards, my check engine light is on because of my EVAP canister solenoid. This car only had 2 owners so I wasn't expecting a car in perfect condition but I was expecting more than what this dealership sold me. The car is covered in dents and scratches, the chrome is getting rusty, theres a big rust spot on the roof, theres cigarette burns and tar inside the car (they could've cleaned this), AND MOST IMPORTANTLY they told me theyd cover the inspection but they never did, the inspection stickers say 06/2017. This car dealership truly gave me a horrible first time car buying experience. The employees were not great either, they did not know what they were talking about and they were unprofessional. The woman said she would call me to schedule an appointment to fix my other issues with the car and never did.

I'm beyond happy with my purchase and how everything was handled. Beautiful cars in impeccable condition, great prices, great selection and I'll say it again AMAZING owner and employees. I dealt with 3 specific people mainly...the owner Moe, the sales guy Alex and the finance guy Joe and all were beyond great. But i also spoke with every employee at every level there over the course of a couple weeks and theyre all extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. One of the best things about them is they don't pressure you at all or try to sell you something you dont want. They do everything in their power to get you exactly what you want at a great price and in your budget.
