THEY WOULDNT WORK WITH US ON OTHER VEHICLES .THE OTHER VEHICLE I BOUGHT HAD ALOT OF PROBLEMS THAT I AM STILL FIXING ONE PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM PLUS THEY OVER CHARGE ON WHAT THE CAR IS WORTH STAY CLEAR. Horrible Sales Rep - Jen

Wanted to purchase a particular vehicle from this dealership as the dealership and sales rep came highly recommended. Well I can now say I'm not sure why. Sales rep ran credit found financing for for me, we spoke about when a good time for me would be to complete the transaction. I made all arrangements and 10 minutes before I was to arrive at location sales rep calls and states she will not sell vehicle until they have the cash in hand from bank. xxx so you run my credit want me to wait 1-3 weeks so you have my money and then I receive vehicle. Whole situation odd. When I called and spoke to owner he states same thing but would work on something and call me back that day. He never called and I have no clue what they have done to my credit. Won't give me name of bank they got this loan from and what's happened with all paperwork. Be very careful something isn't right at this place.

DO NOT BUY A KIA ! I think we have a lemon in our hands. What is a warranty good for if the dealer will not give you an appointment! You buy a car for reliability and just into year two bamm, your car is useless. Our two year old Kia Soul has suddenly malfunctioned. The engine, oil and battery lights go on. My daughter and I have tried to get the car serviced at Cochran Kia and we have been told that the earliest appointment is a month away. I tried to contact the service manager to see if they can at least take a look at the car but my phone call went to voicemail and I have yet to receive a call back. My daughter needs the car to go to work. I live in Florida. Can't help her. I called Kia Customer Support and there is nothing they can do as the dealers are independent. So, you spend almost $40,000 for a car and two years later is useless. If the dealer would be more helpful the problem could go away but they have not helped. Bottom line, do not buy a KIA.

Bought the car on 7/1/11. paid cash in full, contingent on passing PA State Inspection. The car "passed" 7/7/11. Picked it up on 7/9/11. About half way home the rear brakes started to lock. Immediatly upon arriving home, my husband called Mike at the dealership and he was asked to drive back to Easton. with brake problems!We got an appoinment with our mechanic on 7/13/11.Turns out the brake line had snapped, and both were rusted and completely shot! Also, the fuel line is shot, front brake pads barely passed but the rotors are shot! The tires are dry rotted, gas gauge doesn't work, 3rd brake light is out, there is a hole in the frame and it doesn.t even have working hazard lights!How on earth did this car pass inspection? I'll tell you how, a lick and stick, for profit! Joe Melhem, the owner, is refusing to pay for the repairs, because our mechanic gets "considerably more"(his own words) than his guy. He even tried to get our mechanic to cut him a deal,because he only cares about his profit margin!Both the salesman and Joe knew this car was for our 18 year old daughter to drive to college!Have they no conscience? We've started the repairs, and our mechanic said the fuel line was leaking and could have caught on fire! We could have lost our only child for profit!Thank God no one was killed in this car!A life is far more important than anyone's profit margin! Shame on them! We have the printed out mechanic sheet and we kept all the parts, so we can prove our case!

Friendly & let me drive desired car home to & from Edinboro to retrieve necessary documents and test drive it. But I was very displeased with warranty service. The battery died within 2 days after I bought it from Auto Land. They don't keep their cars charged too well. Each time I visited the car lot, they were dragging the jumpstart cart out of the building to start one of their cars. In addition, they did not meet my demands to repair minor problems on the car before the sale.

Jamie was a wonderful saleman, patient, reasonable. And the car I bought (a 2004 Audi A6 with 77,000 miles on it) was super clean. Bavarian gave me a limited three month mechanic's warranty. Unfortunately, Bavarian failed to clean out the drains under the battery (drains I'd never heard of) and drains in the four corners of the sun roof. As a result, two and a half months after I bought the car, it sustained $2,000 worth of damage to a computer module under the passenger's footwell, because water from the battery drains overflowed into the car. When I called Jamie to say water had gushed into my car, the first thing he said was "Did you park under any treees?" He therefore knew there was a problem with the drains on these Audis getting plugged. He never warned me about cleaning the drains. He never mentioned the drains. I had no idea there were such drains and that they could flood inside my car. This dealership is in Pennsylvania. I was now in another state, so bringing it back to Bavarian was out of the question. (The car had to be flatbedded, because it wouldn't shift out of park.) Here's the bottom line: I had not parked under any trees. When the Audi authorized mechanics looked at the drains they said they had not been cleaned "for several years." But when I bought the Audi their paperwork said it had been through a "300 point checklist." And I now know that Audi sent out a service notice that standard maintenance on these cars requires yearly clearning of these drains. Audi wouldn't give me a free computer module, even though it was an Audi design flaw that caused the problem, because I bought my car from an independent dealer (Bavarian). The warranty didn't cover the computer module. And so I was left spending $2,000, and being without a car for three weeks, less than three months after buying it. If you buy an Audi from Bavarian, be sure to ask if the sunroof drains and battery drains have been cleaned. They should have done it. My one recourse is going to be small claims court.

Had to give a deposit, was charged on the spot, but took 5 days to refund my card. Was told they would hold the unit for an additional 24hrs, but when arrived 5 hr later car was no longer available. Also the speedometer was reading a different number than the documentation, this was disclosed, but the price was not adjusted.
