BNM Auto sales is the best used car business I have ever visited. Every single employee went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with them. By the time I had test driven the car I wanted to buy, I felt very confident that I was making a good purchase. This company stresses that they want my return business, which they will get. In the end, I bought a 2000 Acura and I love it! also, the car fax report was in the car so the passenger could read it during the test drive.

Service was so bad they would not return my call on my 8speed trans.when as found out that a tsb was issued to fix my problem. I had another dealer perform the tsb. My trans is working as it should currently.

I was sold a 2014 Jetta that I purchased for my son. 2 months later the APC light comes on. We go have it checked and we're told there are 18 other warning lights that have been wiped away or suppressed so it could be sold. This is criminal and the lady who sold it knew it was for my son, so she knew what danger she was putting him in.

I Leased a 2022 Honda Accord last year from Apple Honda of Hanover because I gave my leased Subaru Outback to my daughter for school. My Honda was Great on gas. But I always wanted a truck again. Called up Sang to see if any Ridgeline were available in white. No success but he gave me some great option on other colors. I went (Black) and I'm glad I did! Beautiful color, Wonderful Price, & Wonderful Customer Service from everyone and yes, I leased the Ridgeline also. And guess where I will be going once this lease is up. We went to this dealership on the advice of a friend. I expected the typical used car sales speech, but was treated to an honest, helpful sales approach. Dave advised us how to watch for hidden expenses. Since I was a fond reader of consumer reports and a seasoned buyer, this caught me as off guard....you mean a dealer that tells you all the tricks of the trade up front. Well it worked as he earned my trust. This trust was to be fulfulled later. The car was a purchase for my daughter and we did run into a snag with a repair. However, the dealership went above and beyond my expectations with the repair and I could not be more pleased. When it is time to look for another used car for the family, this dealership will be the FIRST, and likely, only stop. BTW, I do not know the owner or family outside being a customer so there is no bias to this report. This dealership IS that good!

Wonderful place to buy a used car. Called ahead and Frank was very laid back, no pressure at all. We drove 2 hours to see a 2012 Volvo I’d had my eye on for a few days - Frank held it for us the day of so it would still be there when we arrived. Car was beautifully cleaned, practically immaculate for a used car. Frank worked with us even through a hiccup with our credit union. Looking around the lot it was clear they looked for quality cars and took good care of them while they were on the lot. Car was priced just under KBB fair market value and was an excellent deal. Had no problems at all with it on the two hour drive home through cities, mountains, and interstate highway. I’m thrilled with the purchase! Very friendly service, even interacting with my two little boys and giving them “Car Fox” stuffed animals to play with. Would highly recommend!

Plan to wait a month to 8 weeks to get vehicle...if it ever arrives. Mine never did. Communication from dealership after they had my money was horrible. When he did communicate, he was very unprofessional.

Oleg Golotin. Great guy till he screws you over and lies. Bought a 2017 QX70 from him and he told me multiple times what a great car it is and how happy I would be with it. I took it to Faulkner Infiniti today (about a week after purchase) for an oil change and some strange issues I was having: The passenger FR seat needs $10K (not joking) to fix the Occupant sensor b/c the seatbelt light is on even when nobody is sitting in the seat. They are telling me the right front headlight needs replaced for 3K. All filled up with water. They are telling me the car is really in bad shape and that the accident did a lot of damage to the car. They also told me it looks like the car has water damage. Both nozzles for the window washer are broken. Didn’t even ask how much that was b/c I was so destressed that I stopped listening. Said the belt needs replaced b/c it is heavily worn. Didn’t get a quote on that. Also a lot of moisture in brake fluid (needs flushed) Even if I didn’t take it to the dealer these repair would be cost prohibitive for this vehicle. Oleg is very responsive until the deal is done and then he is nowhere to be found. BUYER BEWARE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DEALING WITH OLEG OR FIVE PLUS AUTOHAUS

Friendly and courteous sales people. Good quality vehicles. Honest about repairs and known problems ( if any) and does not try to hide flaws. Vehicle pricing is excellent and even has a few basement bargains. I highly recommend the dealership if looking for a used vehicle.

My Fiance and I went there to look look at some cars that we had saw online. When we got there we were greeted right away and asked if we needed any help. He told us the prices of the vehicles that we were interested in and let us look at our own pace. When we found the one we wanted, he got all the paperwork going while we took it for a test drive. We were in and out within an hour and had a great deal. Everyone there was very friendly and made us feel welcome not pressured to buy. When we go to get our next vehicle we know where we are going to look first!

I am a little late with this review, but I have to get this out so no one else gets screwed over like I did. Back in July I bought a Grand Marquis from them and about 1 week later I notice that there was something wrong with the brakes. I took the car into the dealership and had the service dept take a look at my car. They replaced one brake line and said everything was good. Fast forward about 2 weeks later and my brakes give out on me while I am driving so I take it into another shop and they said the other brake lines were rusted out so bad they at car should have never been sold like that in the first place. What gets me though is how can they replace one brake line and not even tell me the other 3 were rusted out. This has showed me they don't care about the customers and only care about the all mighty dollar. Hershey motors risked me getting in an accident by not telling me about my brake lines. Which I don't understand because had they told me the other 3 needed to be replaced too. I would have had them all replaced. After all that's common sense, but Hershey motors don't have that. They just want the quick sell.

This is. Avery specialized dealer that sells one model of one manufacturer. The have been doing it for decades and only deal in the highest quality cars. They are incredibly transparent in the condition of what they sell. This is a place where you can buy an expensive collector car or a newer sports car and never worry about getting the condition, as long as that car is a Porsche 911.

One of the vehicles less than two months from sale has already been in for repairs twice. 3. Manipulated document during sale signing papers. Needless to say that legal action follows. I would stay away from that dealership even if they sold the last car on planet earth.
