Awesome buying experience!!!! I drove to John Sauder Chevrolet of Ephrata on 10/14/24 to look at 2 trucks. Tim Weaver was my salesperson. He was attentive and while I was out for a test drive they took the time to look at my trade in. By the time I came back they had all the numbers ready to go over on the truck and trade. I received a fair purchase price on the purchase price of the 2022 Trail Boss and the same on my trade in. The credit application and buying process was pretty flawless. No wasting time on either end which I appreciated with my busy schedule. Patrick Byrnes was amazing! He went over all available options and answered all my questions. The process at the end was quick and efficient. Actually one of my better buying experiences from a dealership. No pressure, clean showroom and nice choice of vehicles. The next day after the purchase I realized there were wheel locks on each of the tires but the key wasn't in the glove box. One call back to the dealership and Patrick had me taken care of with an appointment the next day. Their service department was super nice to deal with and accommodating. I also had an opportunity to interact with their parts department on obtaining a bed mat and I encountered the same great service. Today it's hard to find great deals and the best value for your money along with exceptional service. I can tell you with my experience you will find both here. Patrick is a class act and appreciated doing business with your dealership because of him and his team.

Found a car that my son liked. It was more than his budget but Josh said don’t worry about that, come on up and take it for a test drive. They worked with his budget reasonably and we pitched the car. Friendly staff and fast on the paperwork. I also liked that they called the insurance and we got coverage and a temp card before we drove off the lot. The whole experience was amazing we test drove agreed on a price and was heading home in about 2 hrs. Thank you guys I’m positive I’ll see you for the next vehicle

I want to start this review off by saying I NEVER write reviews about places, even when the service is bad. But the way this dealership treated me was horrible, by far the worst I have ever had. I purchased a vehicle in May of this year, a 2016 Subaru WRX STI, with only 40k miles. The car was in perfect condition (or so I thought). 5 months after I purchased the vehicle (less than 5k miles put on it) all of my lights on my dash came on. I was confused, so I took it to my local NTB to have it looked at. After having my car 2 days, I finally got a call from the mechanic, and what he told me was astonishing... He started off by asking me if i had replaced the engine of the car...? I said no , I just got the vehicle. He said that the entire engine of the vehicle had been taken out, and when it was put back into the car... it was not done right. Wires were not hooked up, bolts were missing, gaskets were re-used... On top of that there were MAJOR oil leaks, and the water pump was bad. The intercooler was cracked, I mean the list went on... When I went to pick up my car, the mechanic gave me a 4-page essay and pictures of everything wrong with the car. I had to pay 2 thousand dollars to get the car running (and it needed a lot more done). So, I call Renn Kirby to tell them all about this, and I had the solution of, I would come back, trade the car (they give me what I owe since I hadn't had the car for that long and was unaware of what they did...) and I would in return buy another car from them to make up what they would lose.... In my eyes, that's more than fair. Well, the GM of the dealer basically gave me the run around and then 2 days later told me they could appraise the car and sell me a new one... So basically, they wouldn't help me at all, even after the GM admitted he "won't use that mechanic again".... This dealership should be ashamed with selling a vehicle that was "unsafe to drive"... and then screwing me over more by not helping me get out of it, or even giving me a refund for the money I spent. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, because once you leave that door, they don't give a xxxx about you.

Where to start. First off i'm a GSM at a GMC dealership in Massachusetts. I was searching for a specific toy that I wanted to buy as a christmas gift for myself and Warwick Autopark had exactly what I was looking for. I called and spoke with James, who is a man of many hats there...GSM, Sales manager, Finance manager salesman....everything. From the moment he answered my call to the day the BMW was delivered to me the process was beyond smooth and the communications were second to none. This was a first for my buying a vehicle from a dealer other than myself let alone sight unseen. He sent me countless pictures and videos to really give me a great look at the vehicle and save me a 12 hour round trip to go and see it in person. When the vehicle was delivered it was just as clean as the pictures showed, everything that was told and promised was exactly as stated. James is an absolute asset to the store and his knowledge of vehicles and customer service is truly exceptional. I personally would hire him in a heartbeat as he delivers the proper standard of how operations should be done. Thank you so much James and keep setting that standard of excellence.

Sold me the car with barely legal tires. They says nothing they can do. Fine. Paid 760 bucks for a new set. Now after 2 months and 1 week it needs timing belt change or something of that nature. (1000 bucks in repairs) . Oh and nope it doesn't qualify for the warranty because I went past 3k miles and it came first, otherwise itd still be under warranty until march 3 2021. Now they says they can't do anything about it and I'm responsible for the charges. First the tires( uneven cupped tread at the time of purchase) caused a grinding noise and steering wheel shakiness, took it to mechanic from bonnells acknowledged this too, tightened something and it sounded EVEN WORSE. I come back 5 minutes later and mechanic is gone. They tell me see ya monday(came on friday). I wasnt risking any further damage so I went elsewhere the next day to monroe muffler and they fixed the problems within 30 minutes. New tires sound good. Except now I need the timing belt changed or something in that nature that will bring my cost to at least 1000 bucks. I just spent $760 on tires ... and after finally affording new tires I need to pay 1k and there is nothing they can do. That is why I am rating one star. BUYERS BEWARE. Will NOT be coming back here and will DEFINATELY NOT be recommending friends and family to come here. I WILL BE DOING THE OPPOSITE. Telling them to avoid this place so they dont have to pay an arm and a leg for a car they just got 2 months prior and already needs expensive big job repairs. Collinson center does an incredible job at fixing dents and body of a car. Other than that, they are the most scheming company I've ever bought a car from.
