I purchased a car from John at AIC Autos which he was - Unhappy Client

I purchased a car from John at AIC Autos which he was brokering for a client. All advertising and pictures showed the car body to be in almost perfect condition. There were 2 marks in paint which were noted in pictures. There was no damage shown or noted to either front fender or inside left door jam. I was notified by John just prior to the vehicle being loaded for transport there was some damage done to left front fender while vehicle was in his possession. He stated he was unsure how damage was done but he would take care of cost to repair. He estimated the damage to be about $200. When I received the vehicle the damage was more severe than he made it out to be. The fiberglass fender had been cracked and chipped. The repair required the fiberglass be repaired and the custom paint and pin stripping be repaired by a professional hot rod body shop. The repair bill totaled $1500 and when I contacted John he said he was not going to pay for it and I should send bill to the previous owner of vehicle. I have also not received some of the parts John was supposed to ship with the vehicle one of which is a custom made battery cover just for this car. The previous owner told me he has tried to contact John but is getting no response.

Was very interested in a truck they were selling. Called the number and got Rob who sounded annoyed I called him. Asked what if anything would be wrong with the truck and he sounded offended I asked. Kept trying to get any info about the truck and he was beyond rude. The website is down the and the lot looks like a dump. STAY AWAY.

The owner is absolute trash and doesn’t give a single xxxx about his customers or his employees. Not only was I sold a vehicle that had a blown transmission, but i also had a radiator hose come off while traveling down 26th, causing a xxxxing head gasket to blow. Don’t waste your time or money though them. Go somewhere that actually gives a xxxx about the safety of potential customers.

Tri star Indians service group are always very friendly and pleasant to work with. They and are very accommodating to schedules. Due to current Covid regulations and my place of employment, I am very limited to days I can go into the office. My inspection was up and the end of the month of August and they were able to squeeze my car in for inspection on the only day I could go into the office. That helped me tremendously as I didn’t have to schedule time off of work to get my car inspected. Not only did they squeeze it in, they did it without hesitation and still had my car back to me within an hour!

They have sold me a 2011 Chevy traverse that had transmission problem they claimed they took it to transmission shop to get it fixed and took me where it was supposed to get done for the people to say in my face that they never worked on the car. So they gave me another car the same kind just a different color that also had the same problem so when I requested my money back they had the nerve to try charge me a restock fee and when I told them I’m not paying that they threatened to take to me court. These people are scam artist at its finest! I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them. Don’t even bother with headache they actual need to be closed down nothing but a bunch of xxxx crooks and for the price they sell them cars they need to get their roof fixed cause when it rain it leaks in the dealership.
