Janice was extremely helpful when I brought my Volvo in for an oil consumption issue. She was friendly, personable, and clearly communicated every step of the process to me, provided regular updates during a lengthy repair, and perhaps most what I was most impressed by- followed through with getting a warranty claim covered on an oil consumption issue. The process was smooth and painless, and I can't begin to thank Janice and the team at Ray Price enough for standing behind their products, and providing a first class customer service experience. I had my vehicle in for service not to long ago. I had two subwoofers, an amp, and a radio installed in my vehicle. I wasn't to sure about going to a dealership for this installation cause they can be real pricey. But i was surprise at the price off the whole installation. Very affordable and i love my sound system. I recomend all my friend and family to go visit this dealer. I would have given them all 5 but theres always room for improvement. I have an appointment to get an alarm installed and can't wait to see it work.

Tried calling to speak with service department…no one EVER answers the phone. And when I left a message, no one EVER called me back. Horrible customer service. Only reason they get one star is because the woman who answered the phone and transferred me to service dept was nice.

I have no idea how to rate Scott Cadillac Chevrolet since we purchased our Volvo from Scott Volvo. That being said, I have nothing but good things to write about Ted, the Service Consultant, at Scott Volvo - he is an excellent representative of the dealership. Todd M was very helpful and professional in arranging for our leased XC40 to be purchased, and Scott in finance was also very helpful and efficient. The only complaint that I have is that we had our service appointment at 1:00 p.m. and didn't get out of there until almost 3:30 p.m. - this, to me, is not acceptable. We assumed that once we got the paperwork done to switch over from lease to purchase, that the inspection/1-year maintenance service would have been completed. Sadly, it was not. This also happened last year when we took the XC40 in for inspection/yearly maintenance - we waited for over 2 hours. We are from the Reading area and the reason we go to Scott Volvo is, really, because of Ted and his staff. But waiting as long as we did this time as well as last year, was not a great experience.

Recently had my vehicle serviced. It was due for 50k miles service and state inspection. Mike checked me in; gave me a heads up of cost for the service and sent me on my way with a new loaner vehicle. After inspecting my vehicle, he advised I needed new tires. They were original to the car when purchased new and wouldn’t be safe to drive through the winter. He helped me find tires suitable for my needs and within my budget. My car drives and handles just like new! They’re always very honest with pricing and recommended services.

The service team at Volvo Fort Washington are not trustworthy. They tried to charge me 10k for an engine replacement that was under an extended warranty. They ended up replacing the engine and the car died the next day due to loss of coolant. They charged me for a cracked hose and the car died again the next day due to coolant loss. This time they said it was a temperature sensor. The car is now bucking like a horse and overheating. I received a quote today for 11k. I could go on because there at least 4-5 other reasons I can’t trust them. Don’t get caught up in the same mess that I’m in. Avoid them.
