I brought my car in for a few issues twice in the last two weeks. Each time I was lucky enough to deal with Mckenzie Durham in the service department. She took the time to go over my issues with me and help me decide the best way to describe them to the service technicians. She was patient and followed up with me multiple times while I was waiting for my car, to give me updates on what was found and to make sure I was ok going forward with the work. She was very cordial and she did it all with a smile on her face. It was probably the best customer service interaction I have had with anyone not just for a car service but for anything that required dealing with a company representative that was providing some type of work, service, etc. for me. Mckenzie would be a prime candidate for a public relations job, I found her extremely pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. Thank you Mckenzie, Bob Fidelibus.
