Jason Smith is a great guy and service manager for Maserati. He and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I had a flat tire on I-95 south of Devon on my way down to FL last Saturday. Jason and his crew were kind inuf to wate for me to arrive to the dealership even though they close at 2pm. Words can not describe the appreciation I have for his dedication and hospitality. Every member at Maserati of The Main Line are fantastic.

I’ve been going here for the past 7 years and recently gotten a new GLC300 to bring in for service. I would drive an hr to bring my vehicle in, Keenan Motors was that good. Ever since Faulkner took over the service has plummeted. Over charging on services Keenan would of provided, lack of communication are among the few to name. The back seats interior wasn’t even vacuumed when I explicitly asked because I have car seats in the back. The quality of service has gone down, I would never return to this dealership.
