Very professional dealership visit - JohnW2010
I had an appointment for a Recall and to have a new ignition key made and programmed to my vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership the service rep Marge happened to be outside and welcomed me to the dealership and said she would meet me inside. By the time I got inside to the Service Desk she had already started the repair order for my vehicle. She also asked if I was having any issues with my car, asked if I would like a courtesy ride anywhere. My vehicle was taken in within 10 minutes of my arrival and I left the dealership within 30 minutes. Was very pleased with the coordination between the Parts and Service departments, while I was checking in at the Service desk Chad the Parts Manager brought over the part that I had ordered so that time was not wasted by Service looking for the part. Could not ask for a better experience.
