Very friendly people but the repair is grossly overpriced. I arrived at my appointment with 2 alerts on the dashboard ...Hybrid system malfunction and pre-collision system malfunction. She asked me if I was notified that the diagnostic test would cost $149. I said no but added that I assumed that I had no choice. They did the work while my wife and I waited for 3 hours for the technician to replace some wiring that had been chewed by chipmunks in our garage. The friendly rep said that I needed a garage cat and we both laughed. She noticed that my wife was very confused (Alzheimer's) and was very nice to us. When we received the invoice, the total was $798 minus a $125 discount labeled "spend and save", perhaps because the rep had engaged with us. She was nice. The total came to $673 for replacing wiring, a clean kit and cabin filter.. At home I noticed that I was charged $149.99 diagnostic twice, once for hybrid malfunction and once for pre-collision malfunction, AFTER I TOLD THEM THAT THIS WAS THE ISSUE. The bottom line is that they charged me $299.98 before any work was done. I'm not ok with that and would not recommend Diehl to anyone for repair.

Horrible customer service and unprofessional owner - thecaptain11

We called this dealership and scheduled an appointment ahead of time. When the vehicle was brought in for repairs, the dealership refused to work on it because it was managed by a fleet company. When we spoke with the service manager he hung up on us, so we called the owner and he also hung up. If you have the choice to go to any other dealer ship you should do so. I would not recommend working with these very unprofessional and rude people.

I bought a 2003 Pontiac Aztek July 2013. I've had this car approximately five months and have spent more time getting it repaired than I have driven it. I've had nothing but problems which I was assured was a reliable vehicle. The radiator had to be fixed/replaced on two different occasions. The alternator and battery were replaced last week. Well, while driving home today it shuts off twice while I'm driving in the middle of traffic and I had to veer off the road to avoid an accident. I call to see what can be done since it seems like this company just wants to get paid and isn't concerned about the harm that could've happened. I was told that the service department has to render a decision if I can recontract another vehicle. What I want to do is leave my car in their lot and call a lawyer. Any suggestions?
