I got a video of the car showing me what it needed and did not need. He had a loaner waiting for me and his staff is top notch. Go here for service. Much better experience than the Monroeville store.

Finally, I get around to making an appt. and Brenda acted as if I WASN"T a lunatic. Joking aside. Brenda has a product knowledge on the fancy door lighting. Nick the service manager handled the issues o had with my Suburban High Country. I bought the truck back home near Tampa Florida and proceeded to take it on a work trip. I have a project here in Meadville. The truck demonstrated some electrical and software issues. Nick arranged for a truck for me to use while I am here working and has been dielegently working with thw Chevy engineers to resolve my issues. NEVER have I worked with a more dedicated and driven service person. He is moving heaven and earth to get my truck back in perfect working order. I highly recommend Community Chevy and especially Nivk to any GM owner in the entire state! I wish we had him in Florida!
