Horrible Service - Holmes

I've recently realized they've been screwing my mom out of money for years. Every time she gets her car inspected something is wrong with it. I took my jeep here to get my Jeep Patriot inspected (because my mom wanted me to) they said I needed rotors and 4 new tires bc it was AWD. Little did they realize, my jeep is 2WD. I took it to another private garage in town and had 0 problems getting it inspected. Never would recommend them to ANYONE.

Looking at the body shop went in for service to my car and after viewing the inventory of the dealership. Great Sales person and great service while waiting and looking for other cars i was offered food and drinks. They made me feel safe and gave me a great package deal to trade my car for a BEAUTIFUL Jaguar. Never thought id be driving a jaguar but now i am and i love it. No problem with the vehicle and i was offered extra service and they fulfilled everything promised with the vehicle. Thanks to the GURU team.

I originally bought my car from Hanover Toyota about 4 years ago and thankfully have only had to take it back twice for any major repairs. Both times, I have had exceptional customer service from everyone I worked with and the repairs were done in a timely manner. My first experience, I was rear-ended and needed some major cosmetic work on my back bumper and tire well. They fixed my car in less than a week and also washed & vacuumed the entire thing. It was like picking up a brand new car! My most recent experience, my water pump was cracked. They fixed it in a day and again washed my vehicle for me! I would recommend Hanover Toyota to anyone. They have amazing customer service and a quick turn around. I'm very grateful for all of their help!
