I had purchased a 2015 Lincoln in Sharon while in a bind for another vehicle. The one I purchased ended up with Transmission problem. Of course the place that I bought it did not work on Lincolns. I ended up with towing bills for two places and I was told right up front from John Hoover that it would probably be at least 3 or 4 weeks. I okayed the repair and with all the COVID restrictions I knew it would be more than 3 or 4 weeks. I did not call them because I really felt that they were giving me good service. John did call me to tell me that I was the next one in line and I thanked him and I told him that GOOD things were worth waiting. I was informed in about a week that my vehicle was ready for pickup. They had to put in a NEW complete Transmission and that it was under Warranty. They checked the Battery and I told them to replace it. When I arrived to get my vehicle I was immediately welcomed by the receptionist and John and another person. I had to wait for about 30 minutes for the replacement of the battery and the waiting room was very clean and comfortable. I have seen some very crude waiting rooms and heir Tv's were not working. I have a 2011 Ford Ranger with about 58,000 miles long bed and I will be replacing it in a year or two and you can bet it will be from McCandless FORD in Mercer, Pa. Great service great team. Very helpful we got problem on highway and it tooks 5 GMC garage before finally Blaise Alexander help us. All other one did not want to help because were from Canada. Big tumb up for all the team

Use this dealer for service and prepare to lose your money and sanity. The service manager and his fellow idiots can't read or follow simple instructions. They overcharged me (almost $1000) and when caught, stated they couldn't refund my money... said Subaru will. We called Subaru and they could not believe Cole and Burd would say this... they called the service moron and we got refunded the next day. This was three years ago and they still owe us part of the refund. Oh, by the way, just had to replace the $600 bearing they said they replaced... thanks for the honesty Terry... may you rot in xxxx.

Worst service dept I've ever seen. Took van in on Monday for a one day repairs. No call Monday, called Tuesday morning, was told everything fixed but TPS they ordered was wrong one. Asked about the front end alignment and was told no they did not do that yet but van would be done Tuesday. No call Tuesday afternoon. Called Wed, told that now the blower motor that was fixed monday is now not fixed and they have to replace a switch. No call back Wed. Called thursday and they closed service due to weather again no call with status. Called Friday morning, Will van be done today? Yes they say, when can I pick it up? Their reply, I'll check and call you back, again no return call. Sitting here losing a weeks pay waiting for my work van. They will never see another van from my company.
