DO NOT GO HERE. I bought my car off them and went back to get service. I had the appointment for 3 weeks. Dropped my car off at 9 am, the service advisor James offered me extra maintenance at the price of $321. I declined. Never heard back from him. I call back around 2 pm to check on my car and they tell me it hasn’t been seen yet. At 4 pm, I am called and informed they never got to my car. WHY? I have now tried to contact the manager and my sales consultant and can’t get anyone to call me back. Be ware!! It this how you treat people who buy off of you?

The service team at Volvo Fort Washington are not trustworthy. They tried to charge me 10k for an engine replacement that was under an extended warranty. They ended up replacing the engine and the car died the next day due to loss of coolant. They charged me for a cracked hose and the car died again the next day due to coolant loss. This time they said it was a temperature sensor. The car is now bucking like a horse and overheating. I received a quote today for 11k. I could go on because there at least 4-5 other reasons I can’t trust them. Don’t get caught up in the same mess that I’m in. Avoid them.

I got four free services with the purchase of my vehicle, however they won’t take appointments and I stopped in one day at roughly 1:30 for an oil change and was told it was a 2 1/2 hour wait minimum! Not to mention the tonneau cover that I got with my Silverado from them leaks all over the place! As a contractor it’s tough when your tools are ruined or constantly rusty because you paid over a $1000 bucks for something that really doesn’t give you protection at all! I sure won’t be going back there anymore

Nick, my Service Advisor, made the oil change on my 2019 Honda Civic a breeze! My car was "in and out" in a timely fashion, and the technicians looked-over other parts of my car. Nick's professionalism and sincerity is much appreciated. Job well done to Nick and to Washington Honda. I do not trust my Honda to anyone else! Geoff

Had to have an engine replaced under warranty. Although corporate Hyundai wanted more testing done on the engine before they would approve the replacement, this dealership did provide me a new Hyundai to drive while I waited for the approval. I was in the loaner for 6 weeks at no cost to me. I'd like to thank Bryan, Jim, & Paula for whatever involvement they had in this! Now, have a 2018 with a brand new engine.
