Was in for yearly inspection this past September and was told that my Honda CRV needed a new right tie rod to pass inspection ( cost > 500.00 ) and would eventually need a new steering system ( cost 1200.00) . I asked them to check the rear windshield wiper that wasn't working and was told the car needed a new motor that would cost 500.00. I decided to not have anything done and instead had a local mechanic check it. The vehicle passed inspection and mechanic told me he could see nothing wrong with the CRV. Also, the windshield wiper needed a NEW FUSE which cost 4 DOLLARS - nothing wrong with the motor! Thieves! Inspections are free there when you purchase a vehicle, but at what cost?

If I could give them a 0 I would! When Kia's started getting broken into and stolen in my area, Kia refused to provide us with a Club for the steering wheel. After our vehicle got broken into twice and the window got smashed both times they refused to help pay for the new windows or do the service themselves. They also blew off my calls. Then my husband locked the key in the car accidently and they made him wait over an hour before informing him he was "too far" for them to come out and help him. They instead told us to file a claim with our insurance, which would negatively effect our insurance score and rates! I had to leave work early and drive an hour to bring him the second key. When I asked to speak to a manager they ignored my call and have yet to call me back. Kia sucks, and there vehicles are made horribly and cheaply as well! NEVER BUY A KIA!!!!

I purchased my vehicle here a year and a half ago. John Van Campen was awesome and made the whole transaction very low pressure and enjoyable. I came in this time for an oil change, and Jordan was able to get me in immediately. Also, he had 3 updates that needed to be preformed as well. During the time I was waiting, I witnessed the entire team go out of their way to take care of each customer that came in. Friendly service, always with a smile, and one of the only places that still has and understands Customer Service.

THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS THEY CHARGED MY DAUGHTER TWICE TO CUT AND PROGRAM A KEY WHEN THEY WERE THE ONES THAT DID NOT CUT THE FIRST KEY CORRECTLY AND IT GOT STUCK IN THE IGNITION THEY HAD TO TAKE IT APART TO GET IT OUT CHARGED $330 FOR FIRST KEY AND INSTEAD OF WRITING THEIR WRONGS THEY CHARGED HER AN ADDITIONAL $200 TO RECUT AND REPROGRAM A NEW KEY...CROOKS, I WOULD NEVER TELL MY DAUGHTER TO GO THERE AGAIN OF REFER ANYONE TO THEM...GOD DOES NOT LIKE THIEVES AND WILL REPAY...
