Collision Center Repair Process Painless - Trever Furman
Being a State Farm Service First Center has been a very positive experience for me. Called in and spoke with Jennifer and she told me when she would be available to give an estimate. Went and got the estimate and repair service all scheduled in the first visit. Just got the car back and it looks great. They even had it totally cleaned when I arrived to get it. I would definitely recommend this place when having to have any body or collision work done. Keep up the great work!

I will never buy another vehicle from this place again. I wish I would have knew that no one has anything good to say about this dealer ship before I bought my car. The way the service guy talked to me was completely unacceptable. I own a taurus and have never had an issue fixed right the first time. I go there to pick up my car that was supposed to get a water pump and left once only to return after 2 miles to find out I had 2 coils " go bad" then I left again only to return after a few miles for it throwing another code to be put back in a rental for them to call me in the next day to tell me my cat. Converter is bad and that's not considered a warranty item. I got there to get a water pump fixed and leave having to spend $1000 on a cat. Converter. To add insult to injury when I picked up my car they had left gum wrappers on the floor and a pop bottle in my cup holder. Please learn from my mistake and go else where you will save yourself alot of money!
