Collision Center Repair Process Painless - Trever Furman

Being a State Farm Service First Center has been a very positive experience for me. Called in and spoke with Jennifer and she told me when she would be available to give an estimate. Went and got the estimate and repair service all scheduled in the first visit. Just got the car back and it looks great. They even had it totally cleaned when I arrived to get it. I would definitely recommend this place when having to have any body or collision work done. Keep up the great work!

I will never buy another vehicle from this place again. I wish I would have knew that no one has anything good to say about this dealer ship before I bought my car. The way the service guy talked to me was completely unacceptable. I own a taurus and have never had an issue fixed right the first time. I go there to pick up my car that was supposed to get a water pump and left once only to return after 2 miles to find out I had 2 coils " go bad" then I left again only to return after a few miles for it throwing another code to be put back in a rental for them to call me in the next day to tell me my cat. Converter is bad and that's not considered a warranty item. I got there to get a water pump fixed and leave having to spend $1000 on a cat. Converter. To add insult to injury when I picked up my car they had left gum wrappers on the floor and a pop bottle in my cup holder. Please learn from my mistake and go else where you will save yourself alot of money!

I've used South Hills Honda Service throughout ownership of my Odyssey. I've always found the service department to be proactive and accommodating. Easy to schedule and customer centric. I’ll continue to use them for my service needs. I often work with Jerry in service and he’s excellent.

South hills Lincoln mercury - Lincoln avaitor

I recently had a problem at south hills Lincoln mercury with the service department that I have been going to since 2003. I was very frustrated , and dissatisfied at the time . I was surprised to get a call from the owner Mr. Rick Jacobs asking me to stop in and discuss the issue. I can't say enough about Ricks sincerity and willingness to make sure that I was completely satisfied with everything that was done on my 2003 aviator with almost 300,000 miles . We bought the car there and the service dept has kept it running and driving like the day we bought it and that's what I have come to expect. South hills Lincoln mercury is a great place to buy a car . But there aren't many dealerships with a service dept that will take care of you like family especially for 12 years and 300,000 miles. If Lincoln ever brings the Aviator back into production we will buy a new one from South Hills Lincoln Mercury. If they don't I am confident that South Hills Lincoln Mercury will keep us going at least another 300,000 . NO JOKE ! Loyal customer, Samuel Vignoli
