I've tried to give this dealership many chances. But I won't be going back there anymore. I've had my F150 there numerous times to fix a known door latch problem that has a TSB out on it, but when its cold the problem still happens despite multiple attempts at fixing it. I sent in feedback through their website saying the problem still exists. Today I get a call from the dealership, saying they were eyeing my truck up when it was in for service and wanted to know if I would bring it in for an offer. The only reason I answered the phone was because I thought they were reaching out to me to correct my issue based on my feedback. Instead, it was a solicitation call! I was asked if I wanted to be transferred to the service department and I said sure. After 10 minutes of being on hold, I hung up. They play these games here at this dealership, and I'm done with them. I've never seen this behavior at any other dealership, and I've worked with many.
