Miserable car buying experience - nearly walked away when I bought the car. Treated me like an animal.
Now had my first service at the dealership. They said my car would be out in a minute. 30 minutes later, they were annoyed that I dare ask where my car was. Then after being clipped for $1300 unexpectedly, open my car door to find a dirty/banged up front seat and a fresh new scratch on the door itself. I am lucky I guess since I have the opportunity to now bring my car back later for them to fix it again. No apology, no nothing. In fact, I had to call back later to get a plan for it as they would not provide one when I showed them the problem at pickup, and did not follow up. You would have to be absolutely crazy to bring your car here for service.
