I brought my 2012 Jeep Liberty in on a Saturday, my horn pad was rattling around turns. Showed up a few minutes early, since I have never been there before, was greeted promptly. Got ourselves checked in and was directed to the waiting room. The waiting room was comfortable, big spacious waiting area, with TV, coffee (awesome), soda, play area for the kids. After a short wait, was told that there was something loose in the air bag assembly in my steering wheel, they ordered the part, called us when it was in, we set up an appointment to have the airbag assembly replaced. I could not be any happier with the service at New Holland Auto!

I went to get a new key for my Rav4 over 5 months ago. They claimed their machine broke and they would mail me a key. I followed up with a phone call and email and got no response. I called again 2 months after I was "supposed" to receive the key. Alex told me they would get to it right away and mail it to me. Well that was 3 months ago. I called back yesterday and they weren't concerned with my issue. Told me a manager would call me back... so far no one has called me. The worst part is I paid for this key 5 1/2 months ago and never got it!!! I'm still waiting for even a response from anyone. This is the worst service I've ever received from a Toyota dealer.

Always a pleasure doing business with Samantha Shopper, best service advisor at North Hills Toyota. She always listens to any service issues and problems and makes extraordinary efforts to get the issues taken care of the first visit. Not like some other dealerships who hire incompetent people who have no clue how to listen or talk to people. We did not purchase our 2020 and 2021 Toyota Highlanders from this dealership, but we will always be loyal Toyota customers to Samantha Shopper.!!!!!

originally was helped by a shady weasel in my opinion but other visits I dealt with awesome guys Ed garbay is the best guy ..also I big guy I think his name was Cory not sure but he was the most straight forward no b.s. guy in the shop just honest good dude those two men are why I will return over and over to Northstar.
