I would absolutely recommend this dealership. The service department is the best! I have had my car in for service in there for various reasons. I usually deal with a gentlemen by the name of Eric. He is so nice and helpful. If the don't have the part for my car, they will always find it. Normally it only takes one day for them to fix. I can even drop my car off without an appointment the night before and it is always done the next day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Who doesn't want fast and courteous service! They are the best.

I took my vehicle in for its yearly inspection.They never put the gas cap back on my vehicle after it's emission test. I never noticed it was off until the nexy day when i put gas in my vehicle,and that is after a good rain that night.Needless to say when i called them about it,they knew exactly what vehicle and everything,because the gas cap was laying on the service tech's desk,and he never bothered phoning to tell me.Let me just say it wasn't long at all before my vehicle was running bad because of getting water in the gas tank.

Took my f150 down to get alignment and they told me that tow was out .so I had them do a alignment. Cost $89. Here not even a month later my front right tire was worn down took it back and they told me my tow was out print out alignment paper and it was same as last time. Tried to my me pay Again. I told them no way so they did alignment for free. But they should of paid for my tire. Got home and look under truck and u could see where they had to put Penetrating oil on bolts. So u now they did not touch the towend before.

THE DRIVERS SEAT ON MY 2015 FORD ESCAPE WAS COMING APART AND SAGGING. I WENT TO SEE HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST TO HAVE IT REPAIRED, AND THE SERVICE MANAGER TOOK SOME PHOTOS OF IT AND SAID HE COULDNT MAKE ANY PROMISES, BUT HE WOULD SEE WHAT HE COULD DO. WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS I WAS NOTIFIED THAT IT WOULD BE DONE WITH NO COST TO ME. THEY PUT IN NEW FOAM AND NEW COVERS ON BOTH THE SEATBACK AND THE SEAT BOTTOM. MY ESCAPE IS NOW LIKE THE DAY I BOUGHT IT.! I LOVE MY VEHICLE AND I TRY TO KEEP IT IN TIP TOP SHAPE AND THANKS TO THE CREW AT DAVIES FORD IT IS LIKE NEW AGAIN. THEY WILL BE MY DEALERSHIP FOR LIFE. They are inept and dishonest. The whole long story boils down to -- they claimed they did work that they didn't do (for hundreds of dollars), didn't fix the car, were nasty about it (that idiot Glenn Davis deserves to go out of business). In the end, the credit card company investigated, found fraud, and gave us our money back. They are liars and cheats and we've told everyone where NOT to go for a crappy American-made car. No wonder they're in bankruptcy. Toyota and Honda are the only way to go!

Took it in for diagnostics, normal, par for the course. They had to put it on the machine so they could charge me $117, even though they called me at least 3 times to ask what was wrong with it. When I took it in you actually couldn't tell there was anything wrong with it, now it's horrendous. Barely made it home!!!! Never again, and their phone staff in service has a lot to be desired.

My experience from this place was bad from the service department.....i dont understand how they didn't inspect the car before they sold it to me.... first off there was no seat belt, seat belt was cut off ....til this day i'm still waiting for a seat belt 2nd my antifreeze was leaking out of no where of the first wk i bought the car...3 the mechanic who work on my car missed diagnose my car when the whole time it need a gasket and couples of times it was over heating.... 3 o2 sensor damage, CD player also damaged and found a CD inside the player when i bought the car. Isn't there job to check the whole car before they sell it....seems like to me it wasn't inspected really well. So basicly i will never go down for any auto service from them because it seems like they are not doing there job to well.

I have purchased 4 cars from Dell Chevrolet. Great experience each time. I continue to get my cars serviced at Dell Chevrolet. Service department is great. They repair cars right the first time. Unfortunately, I have also had body work done there as well. The car was done when they said it would be. The car was like brand new when I received it back. It's been a few years and no problem with the body work. I have no hesitation in going to Dell for any repair or to purchase a new car.

I have to give a shout out to Stoltz Hyundai in Dubois. When we were car shopping a little over a year ago, they treated us very fairly and honestly. However, we just happened to find a better deal at another dealer on a lower mileage vehicle for the specific certified used vehicle we were looking to buy. Now, even though we did not buy from them they are handling a major warranty repair for our vehicle in a very professional and hassle free manner. We are from State College and they also handled arranging for a rental car for us in our home town as covered under our warranty. (To be fair the dealer we purchased from would also have handled the work and arranged rentals etc if we had it taken to them but they are a bit farther away from where we live.) It is so refreshing to deal with professionals who provide quality, hassle free service even if you happened to have found a more suitable car somewhere else when purchasing.
