After I bought a Kia sorento from them I had taken my car in for service after hitting a deer. Well they were suppose to change the radiator with a new one that my insurance company paid them for. Well a few weeks later my car started over heating due to a bad radiator. Took it to another service company and here to find out the radiator was never fixed and the old one was still in there. Well I consider that fraud and very poor customer service. I would NEVER buy a car there and would say BUYER BEWARE!

2nd request for service while receiving milage service and inspection. (Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!

They have amazing service advisors that are very professional, kind and listen to your concerns. They give you recommendations on what your vehicle needs or will need. I would definitely come here for service again. I like that you can do a walk-in for oil changes and have late hours on certain days

VERY FRUSTRATING! - Paulmundy

VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!! I went on the dealership website to make an appointment for inspection and 3 recalls on my vehicle. I entered all my information along with all the codes for the recall notices I received. I submitted my appointment request and expected a confirmation email which I never received. After a few days I called the dealership service department to confirm my appointment. The gentleman I spoke with said I was not in his system. UGH!!!!!! He proceeded to take all my information and made an appointment for my inspection the following week. He explained that the recalls did not affect ALL KIA vehicles and they would check my vehicle to see which, if any, of the recalls affected my vehicle and then would order parts and then schedule the repairs. I was fine with that. The following week I showed up at my SCHEDULED TIME for my inspection and recall check and was told, “I’m not on their schedule.” And I was not even in their system. UGH!!!!!! I live in a rural area and the drive to the dealership is an hour each way. They agreed to “Squeeze me in” for the inspection but said I would have to reschedule to get checked for the recall. Not to fix the recall, to get checked to see if the recalls affected my vehicle then schedule any recall repairs for a date after that. I am getting my inspection and I will never be back to this dump. There is another KIA dealer an hour away in another direction. I will try them next time. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!!!

I am giving this rating because I was overcharged for service. I have been a mechanic in the aviation and aerospace industries for 25 years, I can turn a wrench. I work 6 and 7 days a week and have little time for truck repairs. I took my truck to Crivelli Ford, where I bought it, for service. It was running rough, I figured it was a cylinder miss-firing. It was. $202.95 later I had one new ignition coil for one cylinder. There was a $92.58 charge for parts and the rest was labor. 6 mos. later I had another cylinder miss-fire. I had bought a diagnostic tool in the mean time and fixed this problem myself. The coil cost $45 and the total time to replace the coil was less than 35 minutes, including travel time to get the part from a local Ford dealer. Diagnosis and replacement time was less than 10 minutes. I called the service manager, he said the high bill was due to using a system analyzer and a Motorcraft part. I told him I used my own analyzer and bought the coil from a Ford dealer. He had no response.

Also known as Fred Beans KIA. Go anywhere else, trust me, We have leased several cars from Fred Beans dealerships and all are exceptional except this clown college. Need 1 quick example? Ok my oldest Daughter leased a new Forte from here, several months in -the steering wheel was making a loud noise on a Saturday, now we live about 50 minutes away but my daughter was going to be in langhorne Monday to work so she called at 8 am on Monday morning and asked if she could stop by so someone could listen to the noise and let her know if safe to drive, and she would make an appointment at that time to get fixed. She was told there’s nobody in today don’t stop by. Long story short after that great piece of customer service she makes an appointment finds out steering wheel needs a part ordered… after several months she gets a call and six emails that the part is in and to make an appointment to get installed. She takes off work brings car in at 7:30 am and is told they’ll need the car until 4pm. At 4 pm they call her and tell her part box was empty she’ll need to come and get car and make another appointment and a third day off work, we call the dealership manager Anthony- he’s apologetic and can’t believe this is happening so he says once part is found he’ll send a loaner car to our house for her to take to work and have the driver drive her car back to the dealer in langhorne to get fixed. The loaner car was left in front of our house locked up tight, really the driver from the dealership left with her forte and the keys to the loaner, we called Anthony emailed and called the dealership all morning but got nothing but background music. Oh and at the end of the day when they returned her car … her gas tank was on E ( she had a full tank when they picked it up) and that my friends is one of the better experiences we’ve had at this place. Never ever going there again, my daughter who loves her Forte says she’ll never lease a Kia again because of this dealership. You’ve been warned.

(Full Review) This is definitely not a five star jeep dealership. I am a regular Gary Barbara customer but they were booked so I tried Gegnas Chrysler and was disappointed. My jeep was in the service dept for over two days and all it needed was a new battery. After having the jeep for two days, they had the audacity to charge me labor for investigating my complaint, then finding out what was wrong with the jeep and then replacing the battery. So, all together I was charged 3 different labor fees. I questioned this at the service dept and nothing they said to me made any sense. Coincidentally, all mgmt was out to lunch. ..or so I was told. Also, when I got to the dealership, no one appeared to be really busy, which I guess would explain why it took them two days to put a battery into my jeep. Avoid this place at all cost if you don't want to be riped off.
