To start, the secretary was rude & did not seem to know what she was doing. The mechanic charged me for parts he never replaced an also put my rear driver side wheel on backwards. I found this out after i had my truck looked over at another garage because I was skeptical of the work that was supposidly done. When i confronted the mechanic, he was ignorant an overly defensive. Since then I have heard many other complaints regaurding Jayce Automotive.

Bought a 2011 outlander, didn't have the vehicle 3 weeks started having problems, the catalytic converter & 02 sensors went bad. They had the car for a month before it got fixed, got the car back a week later the check engine light was back on. Supposedly now either the timing chain or the cams are out of align, but they're not sure. Told me to take it to there Mitsubishi dealer in Darlington to find iut what was wrong. They definately sold me a lemon. Will not recommend you to anybody, in fact I'll go out of my way to discourage anybody from buying from your dealership. Bought on April 5th now they're ssying the warranty is up they're not responsible

All I needed was an oil change, a coolant top off and I had an appt for 10:00 am... I have been here for 2 and a half hours!!! Unbelievable.... how long would it take without an appr???? A whole day? This is Ridiculous.

Brought the car in for a bad wheel bearing and was told air pressure. (I had explained this was an issue since I bought the car and elsewhere did not find it.) 2 hours wasted and I was annoyed, just asked for the car back to get out of there and get to work. I paid a lot of money to have my car detailed and get it ready for winter. They put my perfectly clean soft top through a car wash in 20 degree weather and then the owner told me to "Calm down its just soap" when I wanted to know what product and the data sheet on it. It is not "just soap" if it takes off the protection I paid for yesterday. Also OSHA requires that these data sheets are kept on file in case of an employee incident. Instead of trying to investigate he made the situation worse. Reported to GM corporate offices and BBB. OSHA also notified but out of their control as I am a customer not an employee.

SO I CAME HERE, I HAD NO PROBLEMS GETTING MY CAR SERVICED AT JIM CRIVELLI . THEY EVEN HAD A WATER PUMP FOR MY SONIC . WHEN I HAD IT IN FOR ASTATE INSP. GREAT PLACE I'LL SHOP THERE AGAIN!

My go to dealership. Great sales folks and the service department has stepped up their game. Alfred Collymore is outstanding. Straight up guy. Mike Malarkey is also outstanding. These two are managers there. Jaret Kuhns and Jeff Robinson are great sales Consultants to work with. Pat and Jeff in service are awesome. Bought 11 cars in 11 years here.
