Awesome experience with my Acura for service - Acura owner

I have a google review out there, August 2016 -and felt this needed to be updated too. I am the owner of an ACURA MDX, and was totally frustrated with the dealer in the area (Motorworld) so I called these guys up due to Acura has HONDA parts in engine, trani, etc. These guys were super cool and helped me out in a jif. I had a trani check engine light / Gear switch issue. They could have replaced a bunch of parts and told me it was fixed, but they did not. instead, they told me they tested the switches, and the electrical systems around it, test drove it, and everything was fine. No need to replace it, or pay several hundred dollars to repair it. How Great is that? Honesty always wins with me. I felt so strongly I had to write several reviews about my experience in hopes of saving frustrated Acura owners in the area. Not all parts may match up, but they are worth a call and the trip.

I had an appointment for a Recall and to have a new ignition key made and programmed to my vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership the service rep Marge happened to be outside and welcomed me to the dealership and said she would meet me inside. By the time I got inside to the Service Desk she had already started the repair order for my vehicle. She also asked if I was having any issues with my car, asked if I would like a courtesy ride anywhere. My vehicle was taken in within 10 minutes of my arrival and I left the dealership within 30 minutes. Was very pleased with the coordination between the Parts and Service departments, while I was checking in at the Service desk Chad the Parts Manager brought over the part that I had ordered so that time was not wasted by Service looking for the part. Could not ask for a better experience.

I had my BMW 323i detailed today by Integrity Auto's detail shop. They did an excellent job and the car has never looked better in the six years that I've owned the car. Just stopped for express oil change. - tk22222

Just stopped for express oil change. Was informed it would be 2 to 3 hours as they were short staffed and lunch time. Blah blah. So much for express. Bought my car there new and have had pretty good service up until now. Maybe should eliminate this service and stick with appointment only service.

I tried 3 times to get my oil changed at the express bay. Due to my work schedule it is hard to get there early enough to get an appointment. The first time i was turned away. The second time i was informed they were short 2 employees. Today i get there and it is a 2 hour wait. I tried to call and make an appointment but was told they couldn't and to go to the express lane. I will take my business elsewhere.
