Nick the service manager handled the issues o had with my Suburban High Country. I bought the truck back home near Tampa Florida and proceeded to take it on a work trip. I have a project here in Meadville. The truck demonstrated some electrical and software issues. Nick arranged for a truck for me to use while I am here working and has been dielegently working with thw Chevy engineers to resolve my issues. NEVER have I worked with a more dedicated and driven service person. He is moving heaven and earth to get my truck back in perfect working order. I highly recommend Community Chevy and especially Nivk to any GM owner in the entire state! I wish we had him in Florida!

Ive owned two Mazdas from this dealership over the course of the past three years and every experience surpassed my expectations. Ever since Contemporary Motorcar took over the Mazda franchise from the previous owners (Gary Miller) Ive never considered going anywhere else. The service personnel are always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. I like the fact that Contemporary Motorcar does NOT put dealer decals and plate frames on their vehicles as I think dealers should not assume you want your vehicle defaced with that trash. I bought one of the first CX-5s in my area and had a remote start installed from the dealer with no problem. They are always sending me good service coupons in the mail, so I've ALWAYS had service done for very reasonable cost. This dealer ALWAYS washes my car and vacuums out the interior without my requesting it. I've NEVER had any other dealer in the area do that and I've dealt with many dealers in the area. There was one instance I had to wait longer than expected formy car to be serviced so I wrote the President of Contempory and to my surprise be called me shortly thereafter and personally apologized for the delay. Believe me, this has happened at other dealeships but NO PRESIDENT of the dealership EVER called me back to personally apologize! I'd recommend Mazda and this dealership to anyone.

I have purchased and had serviced three (3) Ram trucks from Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep in the past 14 years and have had nothing but outstanding service at every turn. I've had the pleasure of working with Marty Lawrence for many years and he always provides world-class service. My current truck, Ram 3500 dually is principally used to pull a 4-horse head-to-head horse trailer from April - October each year. I completely trust all service needs to Marty and his team and I have never had a mechanical issue while using the truck.
