I had my vehicle in for service not to long ago. I had two subwoofers, an amp, and a radio installed in my vehicle. I wasn't to sure about going to a dealership for this installation cause they can be real pricey. But i was surprise at the price off the whole installation. Very affordable and i love my sound system. I recomend all my friend and family to go visit this dealer. I would have given them all 5 but theres always room for improvement. I have an appointment to get an alarm installed and can't wait to see it work.

Very bad company. Poorly managed, work takes twice as long as it should and then they charge you for it. Tom is a horrible person to deal with, no people skills at all, he just wants your money,

Had to have an engine replaced under warranty. Although corporate Hyundai wanted more testing done on the engine before they would approve the replacement, this dealership did provide me a new Hyundai to drive while I waited for the approval. I was in the loaner for 6 weeks at no cost to me. I'd like to thank Bryan, Jim, & Paula for whatever involvement they had in this! Now, have a 2018 with a brand new engine.

Service department No one answers the phone ever. I went into the service department to schedule an appt because if no one answering the phone. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated. I didn’t get the man’s name. He was tall with dark hair. He told me it would be a month out for an appt. I asked him why it takes so long to get an appt. He said that all Hyundai dealers are like this. I told him that I love my car but I’ll never buy another Hyundai because of this. I scheduled an appt for the beginning of January and told him that by then I will have probably have gone somewhere else except for the recall. He could have cared less. I wouldn’t be buying another Hyundai.
