Justin took such great care of me and my family when we were looking for a car. He really listened to what we wanted, answered every question in detail, and made us feel welcomed. We could tell he knew his cars inside and out, but more importantly, he cared about what was best for us, not just the sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The team at Kutztown is honest, knowledge and courteous. Working with Marc Konchinsky to buy my new truck was the best buying experience I ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Everything was completed in 24 hours and I had to do it long distance - which could have made things more difficult - but it didn't. Marc took care of everything and all I had to do was pick up the truck. Everything was prepared and waiting for us when we got there. I'm not the easiest person to deal with and I had tons of questions. He answered every one of them. He send me videos and we did Facetime and it was like I was there.
