Worst Dealership, Beyond Unfathomable - Tyler Stahler

I can not believe this business is still running, the way they treat their customers and lack of knowledge on the cars they work on. I purchased a car from this dealership 2 years ago and ever since it has been nothing but issues. Every time my car is in the shop it comes back with a different problem, and don't expect them to fix their mistake. They will just push you to another Gilboy representative that can talk politics, and make it sounds as if you are in the wrong. I hope this helps someone from not making the same mistake I did. After having multiple issues with their service and customer support I cancelled my warranty and am going to Ciocca and CBtuning.net from now on.

Horrible Service - Holmes

I've recently realized they've been screwing my mom out of money for years. Every time she gets her car inspected something is wrong with it. I took my jeep here to get my Jeep Patriot inspected (because my mom wanted me to) they said I needed rotors and 4 new tires bc it was AWD. Little did they realize, my jeep is 2WD. I took it to another private garage in town and had 0 problems getting it inspected. Never would recommend them to ANYONE.

Made my service appointment for 10AM on October 4th for synthetic oil change, tire rotation, brake check, and fluids check. Waited in the customer wait lounge enjoying free coffee while my car was being serviced. I was startled 45 minutes later when Marcos came and noted that all the work was completed. Great experience!!

Took our F150 in for the recommended spark plug change and now the truck is not running properly. There is no doubt in my mind that they screwed it up by not changing them per specs. This is not the first time they tried to bilk us. Should have not gone back.

To start, the secretary was rude & did not seem to know what she was doing. The mechanic charged me for parts he never replaced an also put my rear driver side wheel on backwards. I found this out after i had my truck looked over at another garage because I was skeptical of the work that was supposidly done. When i confronted the mechanic, he was ignorant an overly defensive. Since then I have heard many other complaints regaurding Jayce Automotive.

I've been taking my Escape to State College Ford for the past two years since moving to State College. A few weeks ago, State College Ford failed to write down my service appointment after I had rearranged my day and gone in late to work, and they didn't have the parts available when I dropped it off. They did not seem to care that they had made a mistake and they did not say or do anything to try to make it right. They really didn't seem to care at all. Frustrated, I decided to try Joel Confer Ford. Not only did they save me $300 by suggesting a different method for fixing my car, but they were friendly and knowledgeable, as well as willing, able, and interested in explaining my car's problems and the services it needed. I was happy to have such a positive experience with Ford, because I haven't since moving to State College. I'll gladly drive the extra way to Joel Confer's in the future to get better service!

If you use a credit card to pay your bill there is a 3% surcharge. On an $800.00 this is $24. It is not a small sum. I have been coming here for years and this is a new change. When you make the appointment or drop your car off this information should be provided at the time. Had I known about it ahead of time I would have brought cash to pay the bill. If you pay by check they want to scan your drivers license into the system making you vulnerable to identity theft. This has happened to me twice before so I am speaking from experience. Also, they do not call you to inform you when your car is ready (another opportunity to inform of the surcharge).

Brought my Ford Fusion in for a service repair, the repair was done but they damaged my car during the repair, and then the mechanic never reported the damage, he chipped the paint up all around the gas door, they had to take my car and repaint the rear quarter by the gas door, then we just got told that the recalls we had done at this dealership have to be redone, because they had shoddy mechanics working here that possibly didn’t do the job correct, tell me, this, ur bringing ur car in for a safety recall and the job isn’t being done correct , and the recall is being recalled because the dealership hired a shoddy mechanic, is this a dealership u want to bring ur car to?
