Will charge you numerous times to diagnose the same problem over & over again, yet, never fix the problem/problems until you go over their heads... You have to speak directly to THE COOPERATE FORD OFFICE & THE BBB... IT TOOK 4 YEARS TO GET THEM TO FIX OUR TRANSMISSION & TRANSFER CASE ON OUR F150 & 2 YEARS TO FIX THE E-BRAKE...
Then after all the frustration agony & of course $$$ THOUSANDS $$$ OF
$$$ DOLLARS $$$ LATER, they will try to work out on you.... The owner Tom Dott's isn't brave enough to call you back himself, but he will have one of the ladies in the office call you back & tell you, he wants to cancel the appointment you have made... WHY? HE IA AFRAID!!! AFRAID OF WHAT? AFRAID THAT HIS FORD SERVICE CREW WAS NOT ABLE TO SATISFY OUR NEEDS... IN OTHER WORDS, HE IS ADMITTING HE & HIS CREW ARE IC
