I bought the reasonably priced package for three oil changes that include tire rotation, and they do a short inspection of the vehicle and list Red/Yellow/Green depending on what is found. My Son took his vehicle in to drop off on Friday, to be serviced Saturday morning because he has Military Duty and couldn't take it and wait. They didn't have any envelopes in the drop off box, so he had an
regular envelope and put the info on it and deposited the key in the dropbox. They contacted me the next day and said the vehicle was done so I got a ride out to pick it up. When I arrived they gave me the key and I asked for the R/Y/G paper. The guy said I had to talk to Tyler (who was on the phone) after waiting, Tyler told me that the envelope only said oil change, so they didn't do any of the rest of the stuff. He said we should've written it down that we wanted a tire rotation & vehicle check (which I already paid for). I told him there were no envelopes, so how are we supposed to know what to write down! He didn't believe me about the envelopes so he went and checked the box himself. I left very disappointed because it's such a hassle to drop off a vehicle because they said they don't do reservations. I've left four messages for (Rachel R.) over the last two weeks and I have not heard back. I'm told she is the service manager, and I have an issue with the work (not) done to my vehicle and the way I was treated by the staff, and I have yet to receive a call back! This is very disappointing! My oil was overserviced, tires not rotated, and the red-yellow-green check sheet not completed! Why pay for a package only to receive this kind of service and then to be ignored.
