I complained multiple times about losing engine coolant. I was dismissed every time. One time I was told that I'm good as long as the light doesn't come on. Every time I took my car for service, I asked to make sure everything was ok. Every time I was assured that the car was in tip-top shape. Now my head gasket is going bad . The most horrible service possible. I got dismissed because I am a woman . And what do women know about cars, right?! Zero stars all around

My expereince was both profssional and timely. The staff are top notch and when you leave there it's with a smile and good feelings. Trust is important to me and I trust Hawkins with maintaining my autos. The service center staff know most of their customers by first name which have always impressed me.

To start, the secretary was rude & did not seem to know what she was doing. The mechanic charged me for parts he never replaced an also put my rear driver side wheel on backwards. I found this out after i had my truck looked over at another garage because I was skeptical of the work that was supposidly done. When i confronted the mechanic, he was ignorant an overly defensive. Since then I have heard many other complaints regaurding Jayce Automotive.

A bad experience that the owner made worse - RachelG
Brought the car in for a bad wheel bearing and was told air pressure. (I had explained this was an issue since I bought the car and elsewhere did not find it.) 2 hours wasted and I was annoyed, just asked for the car back to get out of there and get to work. I paid a lot of money to have my car detailed and get it ready for winter. They put my perfectly clean soft top through a car wash in 20 degree weather and then the owner told me to "Calm down its just soap" when I wanted to know what product and the data sheet on it. It is not "just soap" if it takes off the protection I paid for yesterday. Also OSHA requires that these data sheets are kept on file in case of an employee incident. Instead of trying to investigate he made the situation worse. Reported to GM corporate offices and BBB. OSHA also notified but out of their control as I am a customer not an employee.

I DIDN'T BUY MY CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP , BUT THE DEALER I BOUGHT MY CAR AT IN PITTSBURGH . WAS ALWAYS KIND OF NOT VERY NICE. SO I CAME HERE, I HAD NO PROBLEMS GETTING MY CAR SERVICED AT JIM CRIVELLI . THEY EVEN HAD A WATER PUMP FOR MY SONIC . WHEN I HAD IT IN FOR ASTATE INSP. GREAT PLACE I'LL SHOP THERE AGAIN!

Took my Traverse in b/c of a check engine light. The service department spent time and my money to figure out the problem and couldn't give a definite answer what it was. I expect if you take a car to a dealership that only works on Chevrolet they could diagnosis the problem and give me a solution. Dis appointed in the service department!

appointment was for 10:00 did not take car into service bay till 10:45. Service rep said i only get 1 free oil change,When i got the car in january salseman said i would get 2 free oil changes

Took my car in for inspection. Richard depugh in the service department was great. He was super nice and very helpful. And my car got done very quick. And they were quick to give me a call when it was done
