excellent dealership for service, recently stopped in for an oil change. $29.95 for an oil change with synthetic oil . there is no other place around , that can beat this price. They also do a multipoint inspection on your auto, and also hand wash it. they never tried to sell me services I did not need. Very friendly people . I would highly recommend for service .

My daughter had a problem with her muffler. She took her vehicle to a Monroe Muffler near her home She was told she would need her entire exhaust system replaced cost would be $4,000. After getting this quote., she contacted South Hills Mitsubishi and the service department told her they could perform this repair for considerably less and told her to bring the vehicle in . She did and much to her surprise, the service department said she did not need her entire exhaust replaced and while she waited they repaired her vehicle for under $270.00. I can not express my gratitude for the honesty integrity and professionalism of the dealership. My suggestion before you consider Monroe think twice or maybe 3 times before you allow them to touch your vehicle.

I enjoy the videos they do to show you what is wrong if there is a problem. I only take my vehicles here for all my needs. The customer service there is outstanding. I haven't purchased a car, from BROOKESIDE MOTORS, but that did not stop them from working with me in having my girlfriend’s car repaired (which she did purchase from them). I certainly have to give Chuck, the Service Department and the entire staff my undying gratitude! The car, a 2005 Mini Cooper was purchased in November 2013 and it wasn't until June 2014 that we discovered that the tie-rod assemblies were bad causing the alignment to be out and the tires to wear to the steel bands. After making BROOKESIDE aware of the issue not only did the reimburse half of the purchase price of the new tires, they also had the tie-rod assembles fixed and aligned at their expense! I can't say thank you enough! Chuck went out of his way to communicate with me personally, until I was satisfied! I find it very refreshing that the crew at BROOKSIDE MOTORS didn't hesitate to accept responsibility and do the right thing for my girlfriend. They truly to care about their customers and will absolutely go the distance to satisfy the customer! When it comes time for a car purchase for me or my daughter, I know that I will not have to look any further than to BROOKSIDE MOTORS!

I called for an appointment on Friday & was set up for service on Monday. The transmission was skipping and or slipping. They repaired the transmission and picked up my 2015 Town & County that same Monday evening. Michael was the service representative. I also reccomend purchasing the Factory Chrysler Warranty. The result was the repairs were covered under warranty. Thanks again for the fast & courteous service !
