I haven't purchased a car, from BROOKESIDE MOTORS, but that did not stop them from working with me in having my girlfriend’s car repaired (which she did purchase from them). I certainly have to give Chuck, the Service Department and the entire staff my undying gratitude! The car, a 2005 Mini Cooper was purchased in November 2013 and it wasn't until June 2014 that we discovered that the tie-rod assemblies were bad causing the alignment to be out and the tires to wear to the steel bands. After making BROOKESIDE aware of the issue not only did the reimburse half of the purchase price of the new tires, they also had the tie-rod assembles fixed and aligned at their expense! I can't say thank you enough! Chuck went out of his way to communicate with me personally, until I was satisfied! I find it very refreshing that the crew at BROOKSIDE MOTORS didn't hesitate to accept responsibility and do the right thing for my girlfriend. They truly to care about their customers and will absolutely go the distance to satisfy the customer! When it comes time for a car purchase for me or my daughter, I know that I will not have to look any further than to BROOKSIDE MOTORS!
