I purchased a used 2008 Mini from a non-mini dealership, which included a warranty. I unexpectedly had to have service work done immediately after the purchase. In addition to the unplanned service work, I had a large list of potential repairs I needed assessed and quoted. Dan Best and Mini did an excellent job completing the necessary repairs and quoted all the anscilary items. Mini did a great job communicating with the warranty dealership and myself over numerous phone calls. Since the repairs, the car has been running well without issue.

It seems to take some time to get an appointment if you want to wait for your car. Which is what I have to do because of the distance I am from the dealership. I wanted my car inspected and was the second person in the dealership in the morning. It seems to take a long time to have things done when waiting. I always ask to have my car wash. But most of the time there is always some excuse. This time they said it was washed but you could not tell that because it still was dirty. I have had other dealerships wash your car anytime you brought it in without any issues. Stuff is usually friendly.

These people are in business to rip you off as much as they can. Don't buy here or you'll regret it. $600 to get my leesed Jeep through inspection with only 11k. 40 k tread mile warranty meant nothing as I was charged full price.

I recently got service for my 2018 RAM I brought the truck in on the wrong day but the service guy said I can choose to leave it and they will get to it when they can. I would have returned on the correct day, but he said I could just leave it. After a couple of days I sent my wife to check on the progress , it wasn't ready yet. the service guy said he called me later that same day, I got no call nor voicemail the service person was very rude to me and my wife, he started trouble with me about a phone call I made earlier today. I was there just to pickup my truck. I didn't say anything to him, but he felt the need to remind me about the earlier phone call. he said that I was rude and disrespectful to him. why did he need to say anything to me, I had no business with him. I never been treated like this before. the msnager ask me to leave and that he was going to call the police on me. I have bought many cars and trucks from this location. I am in total shock of the service department attitude and lack of professionalism. Ken H.

Superlative customer service! Had the hail damage assessed on Friday, received a call on Saturday to schedule an appointment, dropped off the car on Tuesday and had it back on Wednesday looking like it just came out of the showroom. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. My personal thanks to all who were involved.

They had my car for over three and a half months waiting for a part to come in (not their fault). I had my car back for a little over 24 hours and drove it around 100 miles before it broke down again. The car is now about an hour and a half from Pittsburgh and they are denying that it could have been anything they did. It is all steering/wheel related. I plan on contacting an attorney.
