I had collision work done on my vehicle and I had my vehicle back over 5 times and they still didn’t fix everything properly so I had to pay another place $4300.00 out of pocket to fix it properly! I was lied to several times and the owner never ever reached out to me when I asked multiple times!!!

2016 Colorado, 57563 Miles. Took in for PA state inspection. Service writer infromed me that brake inspection failed due to rust on fron wheel rotors. I asked if the rotor measurements on the swept area of the rotor were above the minimum. He refused to answer. Loudly he exclaimed that the brake rotors failed due to rust. I asked if the rust impeded the performance of the brakes. He again said the rotors failed inspection due to rust. He said the fix is 1.5 hours and $ 550.00. I told him give me back my truck, Once again hea said LOUDLY brakes failed inspection. Refused to write on invoice that they failed the rotors due to rust on rotor non-swept area. Inspection reprt only said Brake system FAILED. Fact, the rust had nothing to do with brake performance. He used an ABUSIVE METHOD TO UPSELL. Front rotors and pads were replaced later elsewhere, and Latrobe chevy re-inspected truck and issued sticker. This is the kind of captive abuse dished out to unsuspecting and unknowing customers, that gives dealer service dept. a bad name. End result, this service department CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.

No transmission fluid put back into our 2008 truck when transmission line was replaced after it rusted out on this 5+ year old vehicle. Was told we were not telling the truth, that Libby checked with the mechanic who swore it was topped it off! Obviously, it was not done. We spent $779.11 on this incomplete job and are very concerned if any damage happened to our vehicle. Very, very unsatisfactory service by a Ford service department, by supposedly Ford certified mechanics, on a Ford vehicle.

We've owned over 22 vehicles in our lifetime. We are very satisfied with the lease of this car. We've had it about 19 months and we can not say enough positive about it. We are both 81 and just completed a 10 hour trip driving 601 miles. We do this about four times a year. Riding and driving in this car allows us to arrive fresh and reasonably rested. We love it and can not say enough positive about it. The gas mileage is terrific even at highway speeds. Its a very safe car! We've recommended it to our friends two of which have purchased their own too. Our church parking lot looks like a Subaru dealership!
