Worst customer service I have ever received from any dealership , and I deliver auto parts for a living !!!!! I advise you to take your money elsewhere

Made my service appointment for 10AM on October 4th for synthetic oil change, tire rotation, brake check, and fluids check. Waited in the customer wait lounge enjoying free coffee while my car was being serviced. I was startled 45 minutes later when Marcos came and noted that all the work was completed. Great experience!!

I call Honda's main company number to see if they could cover the part since I did some researching and the same part in many other models is recalled. They got back to me and said they wouldn't cover the part because ST&T said it was my fault the part went bad because there was no cover on it, xxx??? They just serviced the car prior to it going bad, if there was anything else I needed done to prevent this from happening I would've had them do it. Not only didn't they tell me I needed a cover, they are very expensive, gave me a xxxx quote, but they also cost me getting a 2 thosand dollar part covered by Honda by blaming me, gtfoh.. Getting a Toyota Camry now, thanks ST&T 🙄

Repaired my Jeep when other dealers couldn't - FuriousCustomer

We had an oil leak in our Jeep for at least two months. We took it to Brenner first, (4 times, one time the jeep actually stayed there for 11 days). The best they could come up with was residual oil from an oil change. We decided to get a second opinion so we brought it to Hondru. Doug was in constant communication with me the whole time my Jeep was in for service. They identified the where the issue was coming from within a few hours, ordered the part and successfully repaired it. While the Jeep was in for service, they performed all recommend updates and several recalls without being asked to. He personally test drove the vehicle to set my mind at ease. The service and skill level of their mechanics was a saving grace to the jeep brand for my wife and I. If this problem wasn't going to be fixed, we were going to cut our losses and get a subaru.

Car buying experience was decent. Can’t take that from them. But that’s the only good thing about them. I bought a 2020 ford explorer that showed no symptoms of issues during test drive. Next day it started surging, slipping, bucking. Took it back there to have it looked at and they had it for almost a week and told me to drive it because they “think” they fixed the issue. Brought back a couple days later as issue was not fixed. Told me that the rear differential was bad but it would take about 3 weeks to get the part. Wrong part came in, ordered another one, put that in and problem still existed. Took it back there a third time for same issue, I was told the transfer case had an issue and it would need replacement. 2 weeks again not having my vehicle, change of management covering service department had no idea why my car was there because previous service manager hadn’t relayed the concerns and correction course. After back and forth fighting with them someone who claimed to be in charge of the store got answers for me. But from 3 different people came 3 different answers. And also the “techs” that worked on my vehicle had no recollection of spindly anything to my vehicle. Called them to let them know the vehicle was still having issues and I needed an answer same day as to whether they were going to honor their failed repairs and correct it. A few days later no response. This dealership is definitely subpar at best as far as service goes. Definitely thumbs down and would not recommend it to anyone. Btw, my vehicle now needs a transmission because they were trying to “bandaid” the issue.

We purchased a used VW Passat through them as well and it has been the best vehicle we have ever purchased. In the times we had a small issue with it over the years they have resolved it very proffesionally, timely, and cost efficiantly! They also have a rental car system that allows you to drive a very nice car when your car is being serviced. Their staff is very knowledgeable and is able answer any questions we have. I would recommend them to anyone whether you are buying a used or new car or simply need a good honest place to get your car serviced. They definately get a 5 star rating from me!
