Cah had problems. Took car to service. Brought car home unfixed. Had to order parts. WEnt back to service. Picked car next day, drove home. Still not fixed. Called to complain. Won't talk to me. Called Ciocca corporate 4 times. Won't talk to me. Called Hyundai complaint line. Sounds like dealership is giving them the same song being given to me. Next stop will be BBB. If they won't talk to me, they might want to talk to my attorney. This is not the first time I have had problems. Same crap when it was Fairfield Hyundai. Service rep seemed to want to do a lot of arguing with me, when I balked about service without a loaner vehicle. These places need to learn how to conduct customer service, and not from a damned book!
