I locked my keys in my car and called the parts department to find out information about making a master key to be able to get into the car . Within a hour a Staff showed up at my house with my 2 keys. Talk about good customer service. I don't know of any other dealer who would have done that .

I have purchased five cars through abruzzi auto brokers since 2000. I estimate my savings to be around $10,000-$15,000 total. I would never go to a dealer without them. They really go to bat for you. How can you really go wrong since the service costs nothing out of pocket. They have also sold several cars for me. My mercedes, the dealer offered me $37,250 for it. Abruzzi got me $42,750.

Saturday morning with a snowstorm coming I needed a part for a Snow Dogg plow. The dealer that installed the plow in Clarks Summit never returned a call Friday after I left message and when I called back, they just put me on hold and never picked back up. So I got a hold of these guys and not only did they stay open till I got there, but gave me troubleshooting tips and a Snow Dogg hat to boot. Really nice people.
